This is my favorite dispensary I've been to so far! Everyone here is super sweet and awesome to talk to. I accidentally dropped one of my products all over my carpet last night after having just purchased it the day before and they were so sympathetic with me 😭 From the security officer, to the front desk, to the pharmacist, and the cashiers- THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making my medical marijuana experience so pleasant and informational
It was my first visit to this Vytal options yesterday and I was given incredible service by Sam & her whole team. I like their rewards program, and they have lots of informative displays on the sales floor highlighting specific terpenes. The dispensary is easily accessible and parking is ample. I will definitely be back!
This place is great. I wish I would have found them when I first entered the program two years ago. Their prices are cheaper than almost everyone else. The staff are super friendly. They are pretty quick about getting you in and out so there's never a long wait. I can't say enough good things about this place. They offer 3 discounts...AT EACH LOCATION for a total of 15 discounts (30%, 25%, and 20%). I have been to three locations. Harrisburg, Lancaster, and State College, and got the same awesome service with the same awesome discounts. Stay lifted my friends. 😁
My experiences at Vytal have been great. Their layout is one of my favorites as it does not have you wondering where to go. The staff are always welcoming. Ketta is very personable, I enjoyed talking with her. Justin W. is also very knowledgeable and helped me in the right direction. The products are quality of course and the prices fair. I will be continuing to recommend this place.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so knowledgeable and very friendly. Kat always seems to have the best answers to any questions that I have about what I ordered. Not to mention, their point system is the best around. I suggest trying this place for any and all needs!
They are very clean and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and are willing to listen and acknowledge the concerns or preferences you may have when selecting products! Some staff that stick out to me are Kitty, Alyssa, and Brooke they seem to have always catered to my needs, and clarifying any questions I have. Thank you ladies for being such a wonderful team! When a company's own employees (AND MANAGEMENT) manipulate online ratings by leaving 5 star reviews for a company they work for? It is known as a "conflict of interest".

It really just boils down to “Has the review writer experienced or are they capable of experiencing the same type of service that is provided to the average customer?” If the answer is no, they SHOULD NOT be writing a review for you!

It is VERY BAD business ethics and often makes people lose trust in companies that would allow this behavior. I have definitely lost trust in this company after seeing this farce (at more than one location).

Being that this a medical program I would like to have 100% trust in the companies that I purchase from...unfortunately actions of this nature have tarnished my trust.

I will never shop here again!
