Piña colada Smoothie

This cannabis infused Piña colada smoothie is delicious. It is simple, healthy and tasty. If you can leave out the cannabis infused avocado oil if you just want it regular. Check out the notes at the end if you want to add alcohol.

  • 1 Young Thai Coconut (Using the coconut water & meat)
  • 1 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ Cup Ice
  • ½ TSP Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Ice
  • 1 TSP of Raw Honey, Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
  • 1-2 TSP Infused Avocado Oil


  1. Open coconut by placing in on a solid surface and striking the top portion with a heavy kitchen knife to cleaver. Be very careful as you strike the coconut. If you’ve never done this before I suggest you search for some examples on YouTube.
  2. Pour coconut water into a blender along with coconut meat and all other ingredients. NOTE: if coconut meat is thick and tough only use about half of it in this recipe.
  3. Blend for roughly 90 seconds or until all elements are smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


For this Piña colada recipe you will need to make this cannabis infused avocado oil. You can use any other type of infused oil if you have it. If you want you can also add an ounce of rum, vodka, or tequila to enhance the experience.
