Cannabis has been used as a source of medicine for years. Now two researchers in Canada think that a special strain of cannabis might help fight COVID-19.

Olga and Igor Kovalchuck have been testing a unique strain of cannabis for years to combat cancer and inflammation. When the Coronavirus pandemic hit, the duo shift their efforts on how the strain could be used to fight COVID-19. Their work was published in an April issue of the online medical journal Preprints.
