You’re allowed to possess up to 2.5 ounces of a combination of cannabis, cannabis concentrate, and cannabis products, with a maximum of 5 grams of cannabis concentrate.

This includes amusement parks, concert venues, ski resorts, and indoor and outdoor public areas. Additionally, federal law prohibits the use of marijuana on federal lands, such as national parks and national forests.
Mainers have the privilege of growing cannabis for personal use. If you’re 21 or older, you can have up to three mature plants, 12 immature plants, and unlimited seedlings.

Maine dispensaries are flexible in terms of the types of identification they accept. You don’t need a Maine ID to buy from a Maine dispensary. Any U.S. government ID, such as a driver’s license, works.
