I recently visited The Reef for the first time and found it quite pleasant. It offers a good range of products from the Mfused Tankers cartridge range I was seeking, a helpful staff, no ATM fees, choice of three charities for donations and a great atmosphere. The employees were helpful yet hands-off and displays were easy to browse. Prices are premium but you get high quality products. My only issue was the lack of information and accuracy on the menu. I'm happy with the overall experience, and will be adding it to my list of shops to visit again. It could improve with more updated menu with complete info and photos, and improved mask wearing among staff.
