At Essence on South Rainbow you'll be greeted by a friendly bud-tender as soon as you walk in. Brianna was bubbly and helped me find the perfect beanie that I was searching for. Londyn is knowledgeable and might even be a lead. However, they don't honour all their online offers. Casey had assured of a great special but when I reached the store they said that the offer wasn't valid. I was disappointed. A few minutes down the road is Euphoria with friendlier deals and staff. I would recommend that instead. Jeremy M. made my first time at Essence into a smooth and pleasurable experience and was the highlight of my visit here. Oscar's great customer service and ease with which he greeted me should not go unnoticed either. To sum it up, Essence on South Rainbow might not have been the perfect fit for me, however, its courteous staff and warm welcome will stay with me.
