The Botanist is a beautiful dispensary with exceptional products and kind staff. Staff go above and beyond to make sure customers are comfortable and understand the products they are looking for. Prices are reasonable and there are certain perks for returning customers. All staff, especially Colin and Christian, are very welcoming and transgender friendly, accommodating name changes and order holds with no issue. Unfortunately, one customer had to endure unpleasant customer service by a loud and rude woman when trying to enter the store with her newborn, however other customers report always having helpful and friendly staff. All in all, The Botanist is an amazing dispensary to get cannabis products, with an extensive variety of edibles, flower, concentrates, and more!
