This review focuses on the customer experience at Curaleaf. While the deals are sometimes good, customer service was sub-par. The front desk staff were not helpful and it seemed like they weren't interested in helping. On one occasion, the customer did not receive any discount for their birthday due to it being on Leap Year, which the customer found frustrating. The customer also noted that the staff often spoke negatively about having to help customers. However, they had positive interactions with the supervisor/manager and found the staff as a whole to be friendly and accommodating. The app/web page was not very user-friendly, though the customer did get used to it. It was also noted that the wait times are long, and they recommend using web check-in services. Unfortunately, there were also inappropriate remarks about refusing service on the customer's birthday and Hitler's Birthday. This review overall suggests that Curaleaf is not the best option to go for customer service and that they could do more to provide better services.
