Jared is undoubtedly the store's asset - he was very helpful and knew the products. With him at the window, I feel like my experience was truly enjoyable. I highly appreciate his service and suggest shoppers at Muv to look out for him as he is a keeper. Ryan, however, was the exact opposite - very rude and had no control over his products. It did not sit right with me that they were ready to pump me with charges for substandard flower. I am beyond happy that Eddie took my side and fixed the situation. He was customer service savvy and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I felt well taken care of. In conclusion, Muv is a decent store which I suggest shoppers visiting, as long as they ask for Jared.
