THC beverages are the next big thing in weed. The latest technology uses nanoemulsion to create water-soluble cannabinoids, which means they blend effortlessly into beverages for a fully homogeneous drinking experience. No need to worry about THC settling on the bottom of the bottle, or THC drinks tasting nasty anymore. If you have yet to try a THC drink, this summer season is a perfect time. There are several new brands on the market to tickle your taste buds and let you get your buzz on. We’ve got a few top recommendations, including summery drink recipes for your next party.Â
Summertime and THC Beverages
Happy hour is always happier in the warmer months. Longer days mean you get to log off work and still enjoy several hours of sunshine in the great outdoors. Weekends are spent camping near lakes and rivers, climbing mountains, and getting together with friends and family for a classic backyard barbeque.
While there’s no denying that a fresh-squeezed IPA or frozen margarita are well-deserved party favorites, there’s room for a new drink this summer. THC-infused beverages are gaining popularity among cannabis enthusiasts as an alcohol alternative, as well as an additional way to elevate your buzz. No need to be alcohol-free to enjoy a THC seltzer, and since weed drinks are dosed for recreational use, you know what you get every time.
The predictability in effect is coupled with other benefits. If you like weed but prefer not to smoke, weed drinks are ideal. They’re discreet, and no one will even bat an eye at a can of THC seltzer. Put that bad boy in a coozie and no one will ever know there’s weed in there.
Many people are loving this new way to enjoy weed because the effects kick in much faster than a weed edible, and don’t last quite as long. That means that you can sip on a weed drink or two and get a nice mellow high without the hard-hitting effects of an edible.
It’s the ultimate form factor as well in terms of dosing. You can drink 1/4 of a can, half the can, whatever you fancy. This can be much more difficult to gauge how much you’ve eaten with edibles.
It’s a perfect alternative to smoking, and with so many excellent options available, you just might discover that you have a new favorite summer drink of choice.
Sunny THC Drink Ideas

- 1 medium watermelon, cubed

Pour in the St. Ides and then slowly add the sparkling water until you reach a consistency you like. Pulse a few more times until it’s thoroughly blended.
Pour over ice in a Highball glass and garnish with lime slices. For an added boost of THC, use PBR High Seltzer in place of sparkling water. The Lemon flavor is a great addition to this recipe.
