This was my first visit to a dispensary and I had no idea what I was doing. Upon entering. The staff was very friendly and explained exactly how the whole operation worked. I had not placed an advanced order so the staff walked me through placing an order on their tablet. They were very patient and explained each product asking details about my needs for product. They offered suggestions and explain details about some of the products after placing my order it was quickly filled by staff behind the counter. They even offered suggestions for product promotions. In the end I was able to get through very quickly and was happy with my purchase.
Best prices around and the friendliest service I've had in IL. Had great deals that will have me coming back! Will definitely tell my friends about it.
need to have two different lines for people who ordered online and those who are walk ins. i placed my order atleast and hour ago, been in line for a half hour, and their own employee tells us its a shit show in the back. I just hope I get the right weed.
