VidaCann is one of my favorites. First of all, they have very good customer service because the staffs inside the store were all very friendly, courteous and nice to their customers. They happily answer your queries and treats you very well. More importantly, they offer a variety of great deals and discounts for their customers, especially in their flowers and edibles selections. Some of the customers shared that VidaCann greatly contributes to improving their quality of living especially for those who suffer from anxiety. I would highly recommend this store.

VidaCann is officially my new favorite dispensary in Florida!!! Wow, can't believe after visiting a few different dispensaries I just now realized they are the ones I had really been looking for!!! They are the only dispensary in Florida (as far as I'm aware) that offers Sungrown Cannabis!!! (Greenhouse-grown = partial Sun)
They have set the bar very high in Florida, and their caliber of medicine is far superior to other shops in Florida. Very grateful that I found them, stellar service and stellar buds!!! I also love that they use glass jars, which helps protect the terpenes! Another awesome thing about VidaCann is that the percentages are much more balanced compared to other places that have abnormally super high percentages that doesn't feel/taste as natural...

Staff here is great once you get into the actual store. Sadly, you have to deal with doorman at the front. Their flower is very low tier for 2023. This location does not even follow the online advertising. False advertising is a crime. Definitely needs new management, and doorman ASAP.
Was turned onto this place recently and have been back three times, once at a different location and was just as nice.

Shopped here during their 60% off sale .....got 4 different 1/8s of Flower and a syringe. Syringe was completely full and even came with a tip, for easy filling!!

OVERALL, the flower was EXACTLY as dry as it needed to be.....anymore and it would be too dry; The flower smoked great though!!!

I'd recommend this flower, when on sale.

These women are extremely knowledgeable about ALL the products, their uses, etc. They both helped me SO MUCH in choosing the right products for the medical issues I have. Both were extremely patient and continued to explain and reexplain all the questions and concerns I had. Ever since meeting them, I will not be frequenting any other dispensaries! First Class service!! The overall atmosphere is phenomenal, the “Sunset Staff” is extremely knowledgeable and eager to explain things at your level. I haven’t had on negative experience at this location. The daily deals are astronomical and their new flower drops have been some of the best flower that I’ve smoked in the program for the price point!! Shout out to VC for giving out empty carts when you buy concentrates, that’s love! The location and parking is a breeze, I have found my new spot, nothing like picking up your medicine and walking down the sunset strip and finding a place to eat. This location is a total vibe on the weekends!!

VidaCann is great they are quick, easy, and have kind budtenders. I've found their products are consistent and effective. Quality is very important to me, I need to know what to expect when the edibles say 10mg. In the messed up MMJ world in Florida, run by just a few companies, VidaCann is one of the okayest ones.

While I’m not a huge fan of their flower products, they’re vapes are far better than any of the other dispensaries. The deals they run are also awesome.

Vidacann is a great dispo with great products, but this particular location is MY favorite dispo. Their staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, to people of all kinds, explains my rec/rx in a way that is clear to me as a MMJ patient, and keeps me from breaking my bank. Also they carry the Tikun brand and if you haven’t tried it you’re seriously missing out. Thank you Vidacann and specifically the South Military team for being a bright spot in unending tough time. Jonathan was my budtender today, he was rad. James has also been excellent to me and my partner that shops there. I know there’s many others but I’ve yet to get thier names. Thank you, all of you.
Had a great experience at VidaCann Pensacola. Best dispensary in the area for medical patients. The entire experience was friendly and warm - greeted upon arrival, didn’t wait long, and was promptly and efficiently served by Parker, who is a great MedTender who is very knowledgeable about cannabis and quick to answer any questions. He’s a great salesman, and I took some ideas to implement in my own business. Overall 5/5 would visit again and HIGHly recommend.
Love going here, the staff is great. They go out of their way help you. The product listings are correct unlike other places. If you want constant quality and actual customer service this is were you go.
I have been shopping there for well over a year. They have always been top notch and so has the products. My work sometimes does not allow me to go and pick up my items so I tried the delivery service and it's great. Now I know if I think I won't have time to pick up I can have it delivered.
I don't understand how anybody can put five stars on this establishment! They advertise certain products but never have it in stock! Particularly indica flower! They never have indica it's always hybrid or sativa which is not cured properly. Anyone that put five stars on their review are probably Friends of the owner or newbies/ amateurs not knowing what they're getting for the cost. Go to Sunnyside, Curaleaf.. or Jungle boys. Better product, prices and discounts!! Done with this place!
Late review, as my visit was on 10/21/22. Great experience at VidaCann. My favorite dispensary in Destin/Fort Walton Beach. It’s a very clean store with a great surfer beach vibe and very knowledgeable people. I was helped by Andra (hope I spelled it right) and it was a great experience all around. Definitely check this place out when in need for medical cannabis. I’ll be visiting VidaCann again, 100%.
