I went in for a holiday gift. I was helped by Gina who is awesome. Her personality is great and she is super knowledgeable. She told me about all the promos you were having. I ended up leaving not only with my gift but a few things for myself! I highly recommend Gina to anyone who needs assistance!
All the employees are so awesome and so friendly, it makes going there easy (even if it’s your first time or if places with sometimes a decent amount of people make you anxious). They will treat you as if you are a friend while still remaining incredibly professional and more times than not, I leave having my day made due to a positive interaction with a worker. The guy with long hair who works the front desk is awesome and was working the first time I ever went and made me feel at ease and comfortable even though the experience was completely new to me and is the reason why I’ll never go anywhere else. Kind, humorous yet professional, genuinely caring people, are my type of people-and the people who I want to be receiving my medication from. If you feel similar, then this is the place for you.!!
The Cincinnati location is fantastic! This is a kind group of knowledgeable people (shout out to Quentin Z. for the assistance today! He’s awesome!) who are eager to help you with your needs. I was kinda bummed this morning. I hadn't been to Verilife in awhile.
I was looking forward to stopping in Verilife. They were always my go-to before a dispensary opening a little closer to my house. I've been a loyal customer for about two years.
I had placed an online order, but no one seemed to upsell or engage once there. Other than with one another. I loved Verilife bc I felt like a priority, and they'd want to upsell or tell me of something new and to look forward to. I didn't receive that on my most recent visit.
My cashier Brandon was friendly, nice and asked if there was anything else he could get me upon finishing my transaction. And the guy that checked me in Benjamin Stroup is an awesome employee to have, he’s a former employee of mine. He has great customer service skills. And the smiles they both have while doing their job yet always being professional says a lot for them both. Well done fellas.
Great place pricing could be better but great place I usually have Kathryn R. helping me always smiling always in a good mood she is a great employee and retail service. Would to see being able to pay with my debit card. I couldn't see someone using a credit card but debit card transactions I hope become a thing in this store!
I had a great experience! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! This was my second time here and had forgotten they only take cash, the worker that was helping me was very understanding and had an atm in the building for me to pull out my cash! Cole was the worker who helped me and he helped me find the best deals for what I was looking for product wise and was very informative on any questions I asked about the product they sell. Definitely recommend going here! My first time here was just as great all the workers are very nice and helpful!
Had the pleasure of getting help from Nicole today and she was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable! I also got helped by Mike. Few days prior and he was equally wonderful. I am never surprised at how great the staff is here and their friendliness even after a busy day!
Verilife has been a great experience each time I've gone (at this point I've been 3 times since Thanksgiving). The people are all pretty great, but I will tell you that the reason I will continue to go back is Al. That man is an absolute treasure, he's passionate, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm really happy that he found his second calling!
First time going here and it was so great! Kat went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure I got the best deal for what I wanted!! Everyone I encountered gave great customer service. It was very busy but every employee went out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcomed. Amazing customer service!!

Everyone is pleasant from the very first experience walking in to purchasing my products. From the greeting before I enter the front desk and then to get my products. Knowledgable and FRIENDLY! Natalie is the most awesome person I’ve ever encountered!!! Very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and just a straight out awesome worker! I give her a five star experience because she knows and learns want her patients want and need! I am never disappointed with her service! She’s deserves all the best! I’ll give her 5 stars!
Was my 1st time going and was a great experience! Got 30 percent off my whole order saving alot. Now can do that 2 more times but next is 35 then 40% off! Def a must go if u never went... lady who served me was very nice and intelligent.. would love to meet her again. Def going there again thanks!
