Used to love this place, has continued to go downhill the last year. Really put off by the tone of replies to some of the reviews, I do understand some of them were dishonest per the camera’s, but there are professional and unprofessional ways to respond. Bad mouthing your competition and being rude back to the customer isn’t one of them it would seem!
With multiple negative experiences of my own-including overcharging and poor communication about price and type of product being sold leading to negative reactions-and the others mentioned in reviews and I feel it is time to move on and support other businesses that are more honest, welcoming and accountable for what happens in their store without getting rude or condescending.While it is disappointing and I have supported this business since the beginning, I have tried multiple different times to see if people were having a bad day or other things were going on as I know stuff does happen!
As usual, I left thc with a smile! Tyler is one amazing worker! He quite literally runs when you are doing curbside and is so sweet. He never expects a tip but when he gets one he’s grateful even if it’s just a dollar. He is one of the main reasons I’m a regular there. But he’s not the only great one. Every single member there is phenomenal and kind. Never have had a bad experience and don’t expect to have one.
Came in today April 16th around 8 pm and heather initially helped us. We asked her if she was familiar with the brands koru or avitas.. she said she was however she then went on to try and sell us packs of joints.. never the same thing or even close.. I had to repeatedly tell her more then 3 time I did not want packs.. that I was looking for a regular non infused bud joint. She again went on with the packs and now offered me infused joints as well.. that I specifically had said multiple times I was not interested in. Once I repeated myself once more she got upset and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t stupid that she knew what she was talking about. I informed her that my brother owns a dispensary in the Portland metro area and that I knew the packs were no good that’s why I wasn’t interested in them.. another coworker came up at that point unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so much help and was really nice and respectful. Long story short if I walk in and heathers working I’m walking out but otherwise I will come to spend me money here.. the four star review is only because of the second employee who stepped in and did a great job. This would be five stars had I not had that first encounter
Some Great stuff and some very poor stuff so do your own homework on the stuff you want don't rely on them to fig it out and make sure you look at dates there I was sold a cart over 4 years old was NASTY NASTY 🤢 but i took it back and the guy gave me a discount on my next purchase and gave me full punch card that will give me 30% off any flower and 40% on Paraphilia, PLUS IM A VETERAN SO I GET ANOTHER 10% ADDED ON SO I THINK THEY DID ME RIGHT BECAUSE OF THE OLD CART. I LIVE PRETTY FAR AWAY DRIVE PAST ABOUT 10 OTHER DISPENSARY'S BECAUSE IF YOU POSSESS A DECENT AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW WHAT YOU WANT THIS PLACE CAN SAVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO ANY DISPENSARY IN WASHINGTON STATE THERE ABOUT 30-50 %HIGHER PRICED ON AVERAGE FOR FLOWER. THO WASHINGTON DEFINITELY HAS BETTER TOP SHELF NUGS. OREGON IS CATCHING UP.
One of the best stores around. Huge selection and they have incredible deals now and then. I saved $50 the other day!! All the employees are super nice and will take care of you. Shout out to my buddy Jacob!! He'll recommend really good stuff.
