Finally a store in the Monroe area! The staff were great awesome customer service and the store looks amazing it's hard to picture the Roosevelt store when standing inside. Great selection! The employees said the kushery sign arrived that day and would be installed soon.
Great selection. Lots of good organic flower and RSO oils. Discounts on Friday and Sunday. So glad this store opened! Medicine for people who only use herbs.
It is sadly a rather poor dispensary and I do have several issues with it.
The first being the fact that it seemed as though some of the staff were not as knowledgeable of their products as they should be. Now I'm not blaming it on the lack of training and what not. It just seemed to me as though they either did not like their job, did not have the knowledge of their products, or simply did not care. The particular salesman I had seemed to fall under all three of these. His attitude towards me, while not rude, was more apparent in slight irritation accompanied with genuine lack of motivation and general boredom. Most sales people I deal with are somewhat more upbeat, happy, and a pleasure to work with. This one was none of those.
Another issue of this particular location, is sadly the location itself. Almost every dispensary I have visited was located either in town or within walking distance of other businesses. This dispensary however...is not. This one is more along the lines of being located in the "you got a perdy mouth" and "Why do I hear Banjos?".
And finally, the product itself. I've visited many dispensaries before this one. Some of them had decent products, others had product that was more on the "Meh" factor, and some that amazing products. This particular dispensary sadly does not fall into these categories. This one sadly falls under the "Not so good" category. I personally spent $40 bucks there on a variety of their product only to be disappointed. Not only was the product itself very harsh when smoked, but it was so dry that upon removing it from the package, it literally crumbled in my hand. The product was difficult handle due to this, which in turn made it difficult to load into my pipe. It all but disintegrated when I attempted to load my pipe. The salesman who sold it to me, guaranteed me that it was some of the best they had for the price I was after.
So all in all, I unfortunately will not be returning to this particular establishment. Instead I will take the time to go to Euphorium dispensary, even though they have a smaller inventory, they do however have far superior product.
RIDICULOUS PRICES!!! Extremely high prices for low grade bud. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. Very uninviting depressing atmosphere. I usually go to euphoria and I get $30 ounces. It's $65 for the cheapest ounce here. The $30 ounces I get at euphoria are better quality then THE $40 QUARTER I GOT HERE. !!
I won't be going back again and I will recommend EUPHORIA over the Kushery in Monroe any day.
