Here is what people have to say about The Citizen by Klutch:

The Citizen is the best dispensary I’ve ever been to by far. Their facility is gorgeous, the tech is state of the art, and the quality of the products is just unmatched. Saving the best part for last, the patient care and customer service in general at this place is phenomenal. Everyone is super nice and they are so knowledgeable. They are eager to help in any way and truly want you to have the best experience possible and you can really tell. Give them your business because you won’t be disappointed and they deserve it!
This is hands down, without a doubt, the best dispensary I've ever been in! The employees are some of the most well educated, friendly and informative I've experienced. The facility is simply stunning, state of the art ordering system, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. It goes without saying that the products are top tier. This will be my go to dispensary from now on.

Oh, and did I mention there's a DRIVE THROUGH? If you're in a hurry this is a great option for pre-orders. They really made me feel welcome and valued, not rushed or like I was just a sale. I can't wait to return!
Citizen for life!
This dispensary is SO much better than anything we have seen in NE Ohio. The facility is done in mostly Klutch black and gold and when entering, is a sensory experience. Along the walls are kiosks for ordering. Flower jars, bottles, packages etc are lined along the walls and attached to a piece of extraordinarily intelligent wood! You put the piece on a place on a very user friendly kiosk and you learn all about the product and can add it to your order. It is so user amazing. You can also search the screen and add your products without this feature. When done enter your email and they do the rest. Klutch is once again doing it right.
Germaine made this experience wonderful! He is very friendly and bubbly. I will keep going back because of Germaine and hope to see him every time! He was very knowledgeable about the products and very professional. Great job Germaine, keep shining!
