Absolutely pathetic response from the front desk. I had to call to be let into the building after waiting 8 minutes at the door showing my card. I was also greeted rudely and was told that’s not true when I confronted him about not opening the door . Get off the phone and do you’re job.
Always pleasant to check in, security is always nice. Very welcoming and willing to help. Jacob S made my transaction quick and easy, telling me about the promotions I qualified for and that points expired so he applied them and more.
