I asked this brown long curly haired girl for the $50 oz of Lemon Sour Diesel, and she ended up giving me Lemon Skunk instead. This happened around 2:00ish-2:30 ish maybe earlier today. Now I'm getting huge headaches. If you were out of Lemon Sour Diesel, you could've just told me. Me and GF will not be coming back unfortunately, as this has happened more than once.
I just want to give a huge shout out to the crew that was on earlier today who I walked in, expressing what I believed was elderly abuse, they listened to my concern, they took the time out of the managers busy day to come and directly speak with me and actually hear what I had to say… with all the respect from both ends I had decided to just pay for the product knowing how important it is for my loved one, they understood and not only that but the manager literally paid for what was almost $30 and said it is on me. If the investors or the store owners are reading this, just even though I can’t remember his name and the nice lady who helped me but your store manager is the reason I will forever come and do business with this dispensary… it may have just been a few dollars to you but despite knowing I can afford it but just ran into card issues, your gesture goes a long way and I appreciate the entire team at Stone Age. I’ve been coming to StoneAge since they opened and actually make the trek to their location when I have about a dozen dispensaries that are closer to me. They are not the biggest dispensary....but they have the best customer service EVER! Elizabeth, Maddie, Mark, Shannon, & Faythe are all incredibly welcoming and truly want their customers to be happy with their purchase. These bud tenders also know what the heck they’re talking about! They also have some great deals (the holiday bags are amazing) and you don’t feel like you just walked into Animal House (there’s a dispensary right down the road from Stone Age that will definitely give you the “Animal House” experience if that’s your thing;).
This place was down the block from me. I had a favorite one but couldn't go so I go to this one. Plus you can pay with credit/debit. Their prices are always really high. They also have a small collection from other growers and most of their bud is from their own garden you could tell the difference. I feel like customer service could have been better in assisting on which strain is best for me and making me aware of the sales. I dunno, something about this weed was never good for me.
