Great first timer experience! Came in the evening on the Sunday of Mother’s Day. Not busy at all really. Super quick check in process at the front. All the staff was super attentive and there was lots to choose from. There were really great deals also depending on how much you wanted to spend. Live resin, pre rolls, gummies, flower, really anything you could want. Terry and Olivia were an excellent help. The gummies pictured were just about perfect for my low tolerance.
This was my first time at skymint and it was an absolutely great experience! Our cashier Ian S was so knowledgeable and friendly. He taught us about so many of the products. All the products were such great quality even the lower end stuff. It was my mothers first time ever in a dispensary so she was extremely happy with how much he taught her. I would highly recommend this place and highly recommend asking for Ian if possible. Keep up the awesome work guys!
Ian not only has the best Christmas sweater fashion sense, but his customer service skills are rather exceptional. He listened to what our needs were and made suggestions appropriately. My wife and I were very happy with our experience. Bravo!

The employees are all knowledgeable in the products sold here which is extremely helpful for me since I know very little about the industry. My 1st time inside I was helped by Jill. She was very patient and answered all my questions (I had a lot of them lol) *I* wasn't even sure what I was looking for so she definitely proved she knew her stuff when she helped me figure it out and recommended a product to try. That product she recommended worked perfectly! Even better than I expected. My most recent visit I was helped by Nolan. This time I had less questions but I was picking up some things for my neighbor that I had never ordered before and was unsure if I was 'doing it right' but Nolan understood what I was looking for and I didn't even have to repeat the list of 4 different things in different amounts! That was impressive in my book. I've only been in the store a few times so far but I have had all my questions answered and the products I've tried based on recommendations have been great!
Matthew ands all of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and great to interact with. Sadly, I will no longer shop in your store. You force people to make public reviews in order for your employees to get a tip. Many people don’t want their name published for any reason. In addition, unless a 5 star review is given, they don’t get their tip. Now that you’ve discontinued bundles, it’s just not worth giving you any business.
Actually, the rating should be 4.5 stars. I keep coming back for the quality and the great staff. The store is a good location for me and easy to access--no cumbersome stairs, elevators, or weird parking lot. Always a wide selection of products offered, and the staff will take good care of you. I really love Maria and feel glad to see her when I come in. This visit, Maria and Taylor were extra helpful in explaining product uses and recommending strains.

A couple small things: the multiple product lines are confusing, with me unsure of why and how some items are rated more exclusive/expensive except to promote the store's luxury-feel brand. Seems like Skymint wastes money on unnecessarily high-end packaging. Also, upon entry, I was immediately greeted with the fierce announcement "you know this is cash only"-- perhaps such info would be best conveyed in prominent signage, something like "Due to federal restrictions, all transactions are cash only; we regret any inconvenience", which would allow the greeter to focus on being friendly and personal, which Jaryd otherwise demonstrated he is great at. That said, I choose this store and won't go anywhere else. It's just the best experience I have found in metro Kalamazoo. Thanks, Skymint!

Our first time in your Muskegon store on Apple. I am totally impressed and will be back. Outstanding space and well lit. Had a great feeling of openness and not in any way shady. Tyler was very helpful as my wife is one of the "other side" till last few years and has become comfortable with using herself once she learned the benefits. That being said she is without any knowledge in usage of terms or products. Tyler was class A in being very patient with her and helping her select what she is needing and looking for. All in All, 100 out of 100. And I LOVE the fact you have a lot of Michigan products. Thank you.

So nice to see the same nice people. When your dropping a load of cash it's nice to have a nice familiar face to help you out. I've been waited on by Jason F. on several occasions and his kindness and patience is what brings me back.

Also online ordering is the best I've come across. Easy to navigate.

Skymint doesn’t allow their employees to take tips, their competitors do. I will not be back until you start allowing your employees to be tipped, either that or pay them more money, what a joke. I will be going down the road to New Standard as they seem to take better care of their valued employees. This 5 star review is for Jason, NOT Skymint.
This place never disappoints!! They have a great selection and I always look forward to seeing a friendly familiar face. Patrick is usually who I deal with, but sometimes I get other people… Patrick is always in the background helping employees remember specials and prices (appreciated Patrick). What a great manager!! He even remembered my service dogs name… another thing is this place has never made me feel uncomfortable bringing along my service dog, they treat us like family!!
Steven and Jessica were very friendly and helpful. Great staff and great products!

Easy going, comfortable atmosphere. Cameron wasn’t pushy at all, open and honest guy. I don’t feel degraded for my lack of knowledge, about the products, which makes it easier to ask questions. Always really welcoming and friendly.
The representative kellen was very professional! Even recommended a very good type of cones with my order. Great friendly service while keeping professional. 11/10 would recommend.
