This place started out pretty good. Decent deals and product. Now they barely have enough product to honor the deals or specials. I placed an order on a Sunday and no one ever opened the store or answered the phone, for several hours past posted opening hours. Not to mention i never received confirmation that my order was filled and ready to be picked up. So I have since gone to a different establishment and I won't be back!!
The associate who goes by the name “bean” is rude and unprofessional. Not to mention I’ve been sitting at this drive thru window for 12 minutes now; 2 cars behind me. Good Products. Just the staff..
Staff are always very kind and very helpful. I've bought a couple of very pretty glass pieces here at a very reasonable price. Sanctuary is newer to me but so far I really enjoyed every experience I've had at all of the locations I've visited.
Great dispensary the employees are nice and the products are great. Just wish they could stay in stock with flower more often. It's been plenty of times there's items on the menu but I go in and it's gone. That's not really cool for the people who enjoy you guys 🤷🏾‍♀️
Had to go for the liquid shatter cartridges and they are a game changer. No more regular carts for me. First visit and everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Different promos running and 50% off first visit. Definitely will be back.
I'm a new patient and have been trying all the dispensaries close to my house and this one has a really cool atmosphere and vibe. I like the big open floor plan you can actually browse around somewhat and ask questions if you are new. That in itself is a big help because there are so many options it's overwhelming.
The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They helped me make my selections and informed me of all the special offers that the run on a daily basis. I really enjoyed all the product selections that I made and will definitely be back as a regular customer. I suggest you check this place out if you have your medical card. It's hard to be the deals and the impeccable service this place offers to it's clientele. Give it a shot you won't regret it.

Best prices in town and process is always quick and easy. They always have great specials running and the chocolate is AMAZING! Chocolate is made by Godiva, so so good. But honestly all the products are such good quality and great!

To those complaining .. just be happy this is legal.. don't cry if they don't have your strain in stock. You weren't picky when you were buying flower off the street at $50 an eighth. My last few purchases of "Top Cut" were small, hay buds. Only the first drop of the "Top Cut" was actually top cut, with big nice buds expected from the top of the plant. Last few drops all look like their regular bud, lots of small nugs and far off from their first drop of top cut. Their pineapple skunk was super dry and looked stale, lacked flavor. Please fix this Sanctuary, or don't call them "Top Cut" if they are not.

Since they opened sanctuary has become my main dispensary that I visit the most. They have some extremely nice products and they are getting a wider variety as time goes on. The best thing is that their prices are by far the best in the area and the icing on the cake is that they have a drive through. I’m a simple man who is happy by simple things and one of those things is drive through dispensaries. Imho, this is the Best dispensary at the moment. They area game changer that provides patients with a great selection and putting other dispensaries in a place where they need to step it up to keep up with the competition.
5 STARS for STAR SEEDS 👽🚀 I’m an artist/musician, my first trip to Sanctuary was easy-going and a happy experience. They had Snoop Dogg rappin’ and the hippie vibe going. I was greeted with a smile and Amanda was warm and knowledgeable. I tried an 1/8 oz. of the Blueberry Headband (21%) and 1/8 oz. of the GMO (25%) for 25 dollars each. Both strains were top-grade, had a pungent aroma and were quite tasty. My cats "Mini and Moxie” loved the B.H. when I popped the top..I will definitely be back to this store to try the Poly #4 and many other cannabis products. The photo is of the Blueberry Headband and the Terpene Shield/Humidity Control packet that was included.
Always a pleasure to go here , the highlight of my week. All the staff is wonderful. Heath , Dakota, Jessica, Christine (everyone there is fantastic , I can’t remember everyone’s names) . They always get me in and out quickly, with a smile and a laugh every time. Prices are really great , especially if you pay attention to the deals and sales of each day /week on the website and purchase accordingly. Quality of the products is always top notch too. This is the only dispensary I will use since I moved to Sebring.

She explained how the mistake happened, and how I was not actually charged for a missing order, and she further explained in simple, concise words the difference between the two receipts. She fully satisfied my expectations as to good customer service -which has become rare these days! You are lucky to have Ms. Kershaw as an employee. I will be back to do more business!

I love having this store nearby but please work on your selection and inventory. Last 3 times I have been in the store, selection was very poor. Today there was literally one strain available. I was told there were more in the back but inventory wasn't done. I will be forced to shop at other locations if this continues.
Honestly one of the better dispensaries in Daytona. Since they opened this has become one of my go to’s. Not only do they offer better flower than most, but it’s been extremely affordable. I’ve often found myself opting to spend more here because of the better quality. Everyone will make their own decision but honestly these guys definitely have it figured out. They also have a large selection of glass so if you’re looking for new piece definitely come here
Easy convenient parking. Great staff. Clean, modern, nicely lit facility. Best of all Sanctuary carries different and unique items. Lots of awesome tools to help use medicinal products in different ways. Only place that consistently carries Crumble and Kief. Their flower is amazing and helps to sooths my stress, anxiety and overwhelming Rheumatoid Arthritis pain. The prices are incredible right now during their grand opening time. You have got to check Sanctuary out. You will love it.
