I worked here for a short while, and I wish I could work longer. The environment is relaxed and friendly. Everyone from managers to care specialists have a love and respect for the product and for the patients. Discounts are great every day and week, and new patient discounts are one of the best! Idk what to give this place like they got alright products however when I purchased 4- 3.5grams of Purple punch top flower. The container I got didn't have a seal that you peel off and when i cracked open the tub it weighed out to 3.45 ???. The funny thing is that it's not the first time that I've notice that there was no seal after opening my prescription tub but this is the first time I decided to weight it out for myself and decided to show everyone. I've been going here for quite a bit some time now and its just unprofessional to sell someone an incorrect amount.
Went to Rise for the first time today and the experience was great! 2 super helpful women helped me up front (whose names I should’ve gotten because they were so kind!) verified my order and all discounts were applied. Then Harley helped me out at the counter by reverifying my order and double checking everything was good to go! Definitely recommend, great bud and great team inside :)
My experience was beyond amazing! After checking into the front desk, I was assisted almost immediately. Lydea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Mikey is fantastic!!!! It was my first time ever in a medical dispensary. I had so many questions and needed help comprehending how everything works and let me tell you…Mikey definitely stepped up. The atmosphere - when it's not busy is really serene, everyone especially Lydia was very helpful she signed me up for rewards program as a 1st time patient, i ordered everything online and arrived for pick-up in store. We were customers of Leafline - since the change to Rise the service has been terrible, regular mistakes made with our orders.
As just one example - when I called today about mistakes with the order I picked up I was treated poorly to put it mildly. The person on the phone actually acted like it was my fault somehow. I don't know how the fact that they forgot multiple items in the order would be my fault. They had the correct items marked on the bag - it was simply an issue of someone not being careful enough doing their job. This was the 3rd and final time I will tolerate this. Their person answering the phone always reminds me that she only gets paid $16/hr. My experience with Rise has been that they are very unprofessional - when dealing with medical products - this should not be tolerated.

This place is amazing. It's more reliable than my pharmacy has been recently; I can always count on my refills being ready when I need them. The product is reliably great, never disappointed. The staff are all friendly and amazing! Could not recommend this place more, its clean and beautiful. Wish the prices could come down a bit, but I don't think that's in the staff's control.
These folks are the absolute BEST out there! I have been a customer since they opened, way back when, and they are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people they are. Impressed with the dispensary, it was a very nice, calm & relaxing atmosphere, staff we're very helpful. My father, whom we picked up for was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the products. Only gave 4 stars because of the high pricing (I know ALL dispensaries have similar pricing in Mn) but, it's used for medical purposes & for some the only means of pain management etc.. it's sad knowing people have to go without at times due to the cost. Always a quick pick up. I’m disabled so still having curbside pickup is super important. Ciera is always a pleasure! I wish you would email out specials, I live an hour away and it would be nice to know when specials begin and end. I ordered online yesterday and several items were no longer on special today. I would suggest if you order and it shows the special that price should be locked in for that order.
I have been going to Rise for over a year now and they are always so so helpful with products and it's a great atmosphere. I recently love the new look inside with all the new decals on the walls. One thing I love is that this company makes it easy to add into my errands during a long day. Plus curbside pick up is an option too!!
The team there is always so friendly and helpful. Jennie always makes me smile. I'll go in to see all of them even though i hurt and know I could do curbside. The atmosphere is great. My only complaint is that the one vape I get is rarely the same. The quality and strength of the product varies and the cost is not cheap. It's somewhat disappointing as it works well for pain. The rest of the products I've tried work wonders for pain, anxiety, appetite, sleep and the list could go on. 5 Stars & an A+

I've been coming to Rise Dispensary in the Rochester area since 2020 when they were on University Ave and Called FP Wellness. Since then the quality of service & care has just gotten better and better. This is the dispensary for me. Kind, compassionate, and helpful.
Poor signage and advertisement, first Google result their company says medical & recreational. This place is MEDICAL ONLY. At least put up a sign so people don't waste their time.
I could cry tears of joy (and did at this place!) For how wonderful these people are. They treat me just as well if not better than my other providers. Incredibly kind, attentive, and great listeners, they are honest and helpful, polite and respectful from the warm greeting at the door to sitting down with a pharmacist who cares to the person who goes over every part of your order and makes sure you're set up for success before you walk out. I already can't wait to come back. I feel valued, optimistic and hopeful and my life is so much more bright because of these amazing people and the experience they gave me. If more treated others the way these people treated me, the world would be a much better place. This was my first visit. Patti greeted me at the door and after a little bit of paperwork and discussing different products, my order was up and I was on my way. The facility was bright and welcoming. Well worth the trip from Green Island. (About 20 min) The gentleman who rang up my order was very nice too. 5 star experience!

Everyone is very helpful. I wasn’t left standing by, I was informed what was happening and what they were doing in the back area, I never felt rushed. I was informed about various vape pens and everything else I needed.
I really enjoyed going to this dispensary. I was in Lakewood visiting & recently got my medical card. It was easy as a “new patient” to buy items from this dispensary and everyone was very nice. Only took about 15 minutes to fill out paperwork when I got there and to pick up my items. I would recommend ordering online and then picking up your items when you get there. Super quick and easy!

I have contacted the state of Ohio in regards to the weight and measurements used for cannabis flower. People would like to know why it is that every dispensary you operate in other states use correct weight such as, 1g 2g 3.5 g 7g etc, however the same dispensaries in Ohio have very odd measurements like 2.83 g and 5.66g, and charge more for less product.
Ohio claims to use 1/10 of an ounce and divide it into 2.83g quantities, but that would make the ounce 31 g not 28. Ohio is the only state utilizing the marijuana program in America with these measurements. People here are being shorted.

They're the only dispensary in town so unless you want to drive 30 minutes for better deals and variety in Frederick, there's no choice but to go here.
Never have I ever placed an order with a dispensary and gotten a text while I was on my way telling me that the product has sold out and I need to place a new order. If it's in your cart, and you've completed placing your order, they shouldn't sell it out from under you.
The selection is ok and they have good deals every now and then. Be careful about the sales though. Sometimes they're decent and other times it's like, "oh, that's why it was on sale!"

RISE has definitely turned things around with this Dispensary! I have been wanting to give an updated review for awhile now but glad I waited until today! I decided to walk inside and Allison was so kind and personable. That is so important these days because great customer service can be hard to come by. Friendly and fast service and I’ll add, great deals! Some prices can be a little higher than other dispensaries down the road. With that said, with their daily sales and wide variety of menu items, you should be able to find something within your budget. I’m so glad to see this dispensary under new ownership and management, thank you RISE! 🌿🤩

I don’t get to stop often, but when I do it’s always a great experience. Karyn knows how to set a positive vibe in the building and is CRAZY helpful when it comes to suggestions for relief. I’ve been taking recommendations from her for a pretty long time now— she never lets me down and always gets me excited to try something I might not have thought of before. She’s a gem of a bud tender, and she always has been!

Great customer service and pretty good product. The prices are higher than you'll get, but if it's pain relief you seek, there isn't anything better for it. Thus, you pay the piper and buy a better dab rig. I'd suggest picking up the Dr.Dabber Switch™ before heading here. It works great with all their dried out resins. I don't understand why most of the product that I get from here already have their seal broken. It's drying out the resin, and by the time I get to my 3rd or 4th batch, it's dried up.
Rise is one of my favorite places! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for you without asking. The store is a very clean, neutral setting, and the cozy waiting chairs make waiting enjoyable, although that’s a rare occasion. Sarah is one of the most notable people there, she’s extremely Knowledgable on anything I’ve ever asked.

Can I just say how awesome this team is? I've been going to Rise for about two years now and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I've got bad anxiety and these people are super chill and sweet, making it an easy place to walk into. The place is always clean and it's nice inside. I've only ever had an issue with one product (not their fault) and they were quick to help me. The Peach St one is very nice and spacey, sometimes has more products, but the peeps on Lake Erie are my favorites. I'm writing this review because one of them helped me jump my car when it wasn't working right down the street. Truly amazing people who will take their time with you and care.

Some of the most heartwarming and welcoming people who genuinely care about their patrons! I have not once had an issue and I highly doubt I ever will. Every time I have been to Rise, I have always been greeted by the most pleasant staff! And then the staff behind the counter are just as pleasant. Always smiling faces! Today, when I was there for my order, the system was down, so I had to wait but not a big deal! Sue at the desk was pleasant and very chatty with us customers, as I wasn’t the only one waiting. I had the pleasure of Candice assisting me today, she was so friendly, we talked about some of our personal outside health things, then when we were done with my purchase, she had said she was coming out to the waiting area.
