I love the customer service. All of the staff are very knowledgeable of the products and are great with customers. Ruslan is awesome and the best. Any time I need any info he knows exact on it all. He’s been helpful to me since opening with any questions I ask. Make sure he stays and doesn’t leave us. This is the ‘Best’ clinic ever…… I go no where else but here.

One of my favorite dispensaries in MA. Sinead is a knowledgeable and personable bud tender. Excellent experience every time. Recommendations for my insomnia were awesome, The whole team is really friendly. Place is a great vibe. I would be giving a 5 star however the security dude working last Saturday was way too up in my business about my driver’s license which was about expire on Sunday. Appreciate the heads up, but even after I told him I had already renewed online, still kept going. Luckily, I was buying cannabis decided to let him be. The experience with security impacts the overall customer experience which is why I can only four star review to a five star clinic.
My experience has always been very positive when dealing with Revolution. Check-in is always quick and easy. I am always greeted with a smile. Whomever I talk to about my order is always pleasant and helpful. I usually pick up my order and it is always ready. And to top it off, they have a parking lot. That can be a life saver.
*update* gave them another shot 3 months later because once again they advertised 40% off at checkout.

They marked everything 35% off on the website and advertise an extra 40% off at checkout. For MEDICAL patients.

Once those patients go to pick up their medicine they are informed they only get a 5% discount since they are already marked down. Wasting my time and energy once again.

Read the reviews I was not the only one and another patient was upset inside.

They are intentionally running these shady promotions knowing patients come to the store. I will be contacting the CCC and absolutely will never deal with this shady joke of a medical dispensary again.

Terrible customer service. They advertise fake sales online and approve orders for pickup. Once arrived the price increased Almost double. No call no order cancel nothing.

Manager states they can’t take that hit.

I won’t be back.
