Ok, let's start by saying the staff is well knowledgeable and kind. They engage in good conversation about their products and what will best help your wants and needs. Secondly, their products are top notch and they have an amazing selection for every use and need. Don't buy the 8 brand pens, the resin comes out the mouth piece. The owner does not stand behind defective products. They did try to keep the 2 I had. They were mistrusting and accusatory saying it may have been altered or left in vehicle..i had back surgery my nurses drive and she witnessed their behavior. They get refunded u get nada🫢
Went and wasn’t open after 9a. A worker stated they should be open in about an hour and that someone had the key. Made an online order set for 10-11a to which I drove all the way back around 1030a to the place still not being open. I called the number provided with no Answer to which the worker still sitting there apologized again but the phone is inside the building and he doesn’t know when they’ll be open.

Please for future, have someone work your online to update when things like this happen. A lot of money missed from all the cars pulling in then out once finding out they’re not open.
