Pipe and leaf has been adefinite favorite of mine for awhile since the first location opened up. However, I'm really loving this new location addition! Awesome atmosphere with really thoughtful decor. Huge selection of glass that beats the prices of any local head shop. And just awesome buds and bud tenders. Just a happy place overall ☺️
Conveniently located near my house, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Great variety of product from pre-rolls to edibles. Definitely one of my favorite weed shops in the Fairbanks area.
I worked at Pipe and Leaf for five days and was fired by the manger in retaliation for whistleblowing unsafe, unethical and illegal activities going on in the shop. The manager Christian was giving out edibles to employees on the clock, and sleeping with one of his employees and having fights with her at work. I reported and shared my experience with the owner, nothing came out of it, not even an apology. Do not support this business. They don't take care of their staff nor care about communication or thier reputation in a small community.
My friend and I had just been at the new store and hearing a pipe & leaf add stopped at the airport store to check it out. When we asked about the sale an associate started to explain the error in what we thought we heard and the actual sale when the manager butted in and basically called my ladyfriend a liar and told us to leave. As a senior I find this kind of treatment unacceptable. If you go to pipe & leaf do yourself a favor, go to the new store on the old steese, this store I give 5 star rating for customer service.
