Off the Charts has a great selection of products, friendly and accommodating staff, and lounge area complete with necessary trays, lighters, grinders, ash trays, etc to enjoy yourself. The prices are competitive, and the atmosphere is respectful and chill. Some customers however, have found that the prices advertised online don't reflect what is charged in-store, and that they are misled by weekend deals that only apply to select items. The budtenders often don't stay on the same page either. Despite this, customers remain loyal and continue to visit Off the Charts as their home away from home.
