TRULY DISAPPOINTED I never thought I would be writing a bad review. N.S has always took very good care of their customers. Couple days ago I place a order it gets confirmed. I drove there to pick up my order and I am told they're is something wrong with my account and I had to wait for a manager to fix it. So two days go by and I order again. Witch was last night I ordered by 7pm so if there was a problem I could go somewhere else. 720pm it gets confirmed order went through so I was waiting it's getting closing time and nothing. No reply to tell me I was not going to get my order. I emailed the company website and no reply back. Witch let me with no goods for my Saturday night. For a very loyal customer I'm very disappointed let not get started on the points that got taken from my account on both orders.
They charge twice as much for basic stuff. Anyone with half a brain would have the common sense to try ANYWHERE else. Most places have regular prices and won't lie to your face to make a sale.

This place always has a great selection and deals! Point’s also got me some nice savings as well. Shana helped me and was very nice. I had the pleasure of having Brock and Kimberly help me pick what I wanted they also hooked me up with a deal going on to try Camino gummies out! I had called with some items in mind to shop for and she was fantastic both on the phone and in-person about walking me through the process and recommending picks from the menu that would help me acclimate to the experience in a safe and relaxing manner. Maddy was awesome and really seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. The environment and waiting room is very inviting and welcoming. I was happy with my service in person and am looking forward to trying out their delivery services as well.
Went here for the three pack of Apothecare infused joints. We got two of packs. Each joint is supposed to be .75g. One pack was less than .5g each and the other pack was correctly weighed. You could see a huge difference in the joints. We went in to see if they could exchange the pack for one with the correct weight and they said no. We literally walked out and walked back in 3 minutes later. The budtender was rude and so was the manager. Here is the picture of how different the joints were. After getting home we took them apart and it was barely 1.5g.
