The staff was so rude to my out of town 60 year old mother. She was so excited to be in a dispensary for the first time and she took a phone call without knowing that she apparently can’t do that. She’s hard of hearing and the staff started yelling and berating her. It was just her and my sister in there and she said she couldn’t see any signs against cell phones. She was so excited to try edibles but she left very embarrassed and upset without buying any. Please put up more signs or make it more well known if your staff is going to be so rude and persistent about not taking phone calls.
This place sucks, wasn't good before and under new mgnt worse!! I bought a quantity of a certain bud because they said it was the best. I normally just buy 1 or 2 buds, tho went home with a bag , theres zero smell and smoked and nothing. Thought it was just me, tried the next day and nothing..called in, manager never responed after 3 days. Called again, no exchange or refund. Dont go there...
Went in on 4/3/23 in the morning. First time going in to this place, I normally go to nirvana because it was closer, but didn’t realize this one was right down the street. Overall nirvana was a nice place, but what ended that partnership was terrible customer service. They just slide the glass door shut without any “have a good one” or anything.
So I went to this place, not even knowing they had a deal with my online order so I got hooked up as a 1st timer! Props to the front desk as well. They went beyond what I would expect from a dispensary.

I just love this place, i put my order in online and 10 min later i got a text my order was ready, (your wait times might very )
When i got there they have the friendliest well informed staff that greet you with a smile overall great experience
It's was easy order but I asked em for loyalty points they didn't doing that so please next time to communicate about that loyalty points I'm appreciate it
