Every single time I go in here they charge me extra. Couple weeks ago they had something for $35 on the website. But they charged me 55. I called to tell them. Manager told me yeah, I see 2hat it says the price is online. But we're changing the system so sorry bout that $20 we admitted to overcharging you. Then today, I hand the lady $180 for a $168 bill. She wasn't paying attention and gave me a dollar instead of $11. $30 this month alone that they've overcharged me and admitted they overcharged me. Their prices are terrible for the quality of their products. Used to be a regular. $400 later and no loyalty points, they're just gone and I have to deal? Nah. Natures is a joke . 0/10 do not recommend.
Rude reception..didn't want me there this day.
Refused service after staff treated me very harsh.
The security was the tender and she slammed jars and got really irate.
Did not know anything about lineage or terpines.
They seemed OK over the phone, but in person these people act like cops looking for an easy retirement.
They treat customers like cattle.
I was banned because I asked for proper service and treatment as a customer.
I love this place all the bud tenders are professional and make you feel right at home here this is always my first stop they also have a large varieties to choose from can't go wrong here.
Changed policy and lost a long time customer due to a manufacturing defect in a cartridge.

The change was printed on the receipt, that I admittedly didn't see as I've never needed to check it before.

However, the manager was curt, and unwilling to do anything to try to remedy the situation albeit being nobody's fault.

They lost a long time customer today, not necessarily due to the policy, but the manner in which it was handled by the manager on duty.

I didn't know, I was kind and reasonable, and you were rude and uncompromising, and not even able to be spoken to.

Good luck, there are other shops I will now frequent and would recommend to others as well.
