Here is what people have to say about Natural RX:

Always have a great experience they truly have the best crew!! Thanks for all your help today Michael👍
Natural Rx is the better of the two dispensaries in Socorro, but the difference between them has narrowed. Natural Rx has some excellent employees, but the quality of the product keeps deteriorating. The menu is inconsistent, there's no budtender now, just pre-packaged flower that's usually too dry and available in unreliable quantities. Some days it's all just 7gm and larger, tough if you're on a budget, or if you want to actually see the product before committing to a bunch of it. It's almost like the owners of this shop are trying to drive it out of business.
WoW, been going to nrx since they opened, today I was denied access because the young lady in charge in all her infinite wisdom sed my nm driver's license was tampered with, my puppy bit the corner. So much for customer service, won't go back, neither will my friends....
