Prices are medium to norm, and specials are abundant. You can't go wrong here,. Staff is top notch and facility is ready to access. Online ordering is available and I recommend it. The Lume company has been a great addition too our area! Never did I think we would have cannabis stores at all. Their stores have been great to buy from! There is always a great deal and the prices seem to keep getting better. The service is phenomenal, fun and friendly! I would like to give a shout to Sam for great, enthusiastic help on one of my last visit!

Although the wait was long, the staff, particularly Jojo, was awesome! Since I am disabled and wear braces on my legs, I wish I had a handicapped entrance. Tough for me to stand for an hour. Prices are great!!
BC was my cashier and he made my third experience my best. Prior I had times where they never called my name and I literally waited 2 hours or more when my product was sitting on the shelf ready to hand to me... he gave me hope that they can get their act together for the Customer service aspect. It was lacking but he made it better.
First, I have to say the staff is always pleasant and very friendly. And, the building is exceptionally clean! That being said, the daily text alerts and the website provide extremely inaccurate product information in regards to in stock items. Don't go there looking for a particular deal on a particular product that was in the text alert that same day because you will be disappointed. I signed up to receive text alerts for deals upon my first time going to Lume. Since then, I receive almost daily texts with deals. Every single time I get the text, check the deals and go into the Mission Rd. location, where it says the deals are available, the staff tells me they do not have those products. Not only do they not have those products that day, they tell me they have not for a while. Not that those products just sold out, but that they haven't had them for a while! The staff even mentioned that no other Lume location has had these for a while. If that's the case, why am I receiving a DAILY text alert with these products advertised? I'll tell you why...it's deceptive advertising practices to get people in the door. If this were once or twice, no big deal. However, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I even check the website inventory and see the same products that are in the text blast before driving there. Oh, did I mention I do not even live in this town? I drive here literally only because of the deals in the text alerts. I'm about to go elsewhere permanently, because I'm tired of going here and feeling like I've been lied to just to get me in the door. I don't like feeling deceived. Great staff and clean building, but horribly inaccurate inventory in the texts alerts and on the website. I do want to thank the gentleman who assisted me today. I forgot his name, but he was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

A small but mighty shop. If I lived in the area this would absolutely be my #1 go to spot. Staff were so welcoming and very knowledgeable. My man Cody was the best just laid back and gave me the best bang for my buck. Was very honest about any products I inquired about and helped me get exactly what I wanted. This isn't a multi million dollar shop but they have quality goods and their service is 5 stars.

The prices are phenomenal too. My experience with Michigan, mostly Detroit, dispensaries are that they’re expensive. Not Lume, though!! Quality products from t-shirts!l to THC!

We drove up from Indiana my daughter turned 21 and we went to 6 this was her favorite Look at this flower for $17 8th amazing And prerolls were all 25% off made them like $7 for Gram rolls this place was amazing I've been to the one in cold water and now in Kalamazoo and I am definitely a lifetime customer I love it amazing prices amazing quality the staff was so helpful and so great they made the experience really fun for a 21 year old :)

I was having trouble with a pen I recently purchased from here. They have very knowledgeable staff who helped me sort out whether it was the cartridge or the battery. Super friendly service that quickly fixed my issue and got me back on my way. Would highly recommend.

Every time we visit it’s like seeing old friends! Heather has amazing knowledge, and will answer any questions you have. She even gave me a detailed explanation of the new points system. IMO is the coolest person at Lume. The entire staff is chill. Some of them have really cool beards. My husband is a combat veteran, and feels comfortable every time he visits. We love the military discount. This place puts the customers first, and we appreciate them in our community.
SUSAN IS AMAZING!!!!! Greeted at the door and only had to wait 1 minute to get in the back room. Let me start off by saying that Susan is an OUTSTANDING employee of this Lume staff. She was more knowledgeable and informative than anyone I’ve ever encountered while purchasing cannabis products. She actually took the time to answer my questions in depth. Not everyone likes to have a conversation, but she kept it short, sweet and to the point. They really need to give this woman a raise. 10/10 experience. WILL RETURN AGAIN.

Wow! Super happy I stopped in here while out of town for awhile. The place is easy to find and in a nice town. I was happily greeted upon entry, explained the loyalty program and told about the specials. The first day I came in I shopped with Derek who was awesome! I actually came back again the next day too and was helped by Mike. All the staff is friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. The deals and loyalty program here are amazing compared to other places I've been, for example BOGO flower while I was here. I was really happy with the rosin options too. The product looks great and taste top quality. I will definitely be back again. Great work Lume!

Lume has been great every time. I've had a perfect experience from the first time to present. I moved farther away but still drive 45 miles just to get the professional personal service. Gaylords store is very knowledgeable, friendly and a wide selection. Nick usually helps us out in the early mornings after a long night at work. Honestly i was on and off about this Lume for a little bit but Christopher (all variations of the name) saved me as a customer. 12/10 personality! Always seems to be in a happy mood even when the weather is less than fair. He is the ONLY employee to every explain anything to me and never makes me feel rushed at all! The products are always super good at Lume, and so are the prices! The budtender who helped me out was super sweet as well. However at this specific location, I definitely wish I would have ordered ahead. I came at a very busy time, so busy that they had people waiting for upwards of an hour. Thankfully I had taken a look at the menu online before stepping inside the building, because I knew exactly what I wanted. The lady who helped me was super kind and was cracking jokes with me, and was able to help me stay in my budget while getting everything that I wanted. I was able to get some freebies with my order which was awesome as well! However, as mentioned, I did have to wait an hour and a half for my products when all I had ordered was flower. The room was swarmed with others as well, some in which had to sit on the floor due to the lack of space and seating. So overall ! Super good products and pricing, and the people are kind, however my particular first impression wasn't great just due to the speed of service. I definitely recommend this place, but make sure you're the utmost prepared before you go! :)
The customer service I experienced was beyond my expectations. It was a VERY busy Saturday when I went and everyone was still very helpful. I would suggest using their online ordering system as that expedited the process. They were very quick with answering any questions with the customer service number. I would like to give a special shout out to the employee I worked with directly, Bobby! He was very attentive to my needs and made sure I left a happy customer.
