This dispensary is quite honestly my most favorite on the street compared to bud barn and forbidden cannabis. Staff is so chill and knowledgeable and even if it is someone who doesn't know the product as much as the next guy, they still happily talk about what that product is with what they do know about it. Because of their amazing hospitality and awesome service I always choose this place as my first go to choice to buy from. They provide amazing discounts like the 6$ grams of oil and amazing daily deals always providing amazing deals for medicine. Keep at it lucid you guys are awesome!!!
I bought some candy edibles last week and when I opened the box, all of them were completely melted and stuck to the plastic. I didn’t eat any pieces and I went back in today to see if they could give me an exchange or discount off of another purchase, the manager told me they were not going to do anything for me. He was also rude and told me that the box I brought in was illegal in his store because it’s an open container. Basically telling me to get out lol. So they sold me damaged product and were going to do nothing to rectify the situation. I will never spend my money here again out of principle. You lost a good customer over $18 and I spend at minimum $100 a week there. That is just bad business. Also, if you know you have damaged product, why still leave it on the shelf and continue to dupe your customers?
I've only gotten very good flower from them, the prices are great an the budtenders are very helpful with great personalities! They also don't give flack for people that ask massive questions. My favorite spot for flower period. + they have 1 hell of a happy hour or hours. Thanks for keeping to real in your business!
