Here is what people have to say about Kai Cannabis Co:

So I’ve visited a lot of different shops over the last 6-8 months and I find myself coming back to Kai. Its a different atmosphere, almost like walking into a bank vault. The inspection bar in the middle of the room is a awesome feature and just having the ability to physically see what I’m buying is nice. Customer service is top notch and extremely knowledgeable. And the product. I haven’t experienced anything that’s came close to the product quality Kai offers. They got deals everyday of the week and even have other deals for holidays so it’s always worth it to stock up. Every product I’ve purchased has came out of a fridge and to me that shows they care about the product and want it to be the best. As I didn’t usually see my type of product in fridges in other shops. I’d give these folks 10/5 and HIGHLY recommend you pay these guys a visit. They’ll get you set right.
Everyone here is not only knowledgeable of their products but also is super friendly & ready to help you in any way. On top of all that awesomeness they have great prices & plenty of deals. I highly recommend them.
This place is fantastic! I have very little knowledge and experience with cannabis, but the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I was looking for. They explained how to use the products I picked out, and they were happy to provide suggestions based on what I was looking to get out of my experience.

The atmosphere of the place was very relaxed and professional. The decor was like a spa--but for bud. It was clean and nicely laid out. For being a first time customer, I was given 20% off my first purchase, and they even gave me a free lighter with their logo on it.

Tl;Dr: Environment was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great selection of products. 11/10! Definitely shopping here again!
Stopped in and Amy was very helpful today, she knows her stuff! Each time I come in, I leave with some great product and exceptional service. My first time shopping at Kai was way better than expected because Sarah set me up with some awesome deals. Best place for concentrates in Muskegon. Matt is one of the friendliest people at a shop to speak to upon entering which sets a great first impression and gives a good vibe prior to walking in.. Keep it up!
