Normally a great service, but recently I've been getting absolutely trash service from them. I put in an order and they sent it to the wrong address, even though the correct address was on the invoice. Today, I put in an order at 12 and it's now 6 and still no word on my order. I'll be looking for another delivery service since they can't even get me an order within a reasonable time (1-4 hours by their standards).

***Update: finally got my delivery a bit after 7:30
My experience is ordering through Humble delivery are very, very bad. The dispatcher the mail dispatcher that was working in the evening was very polite, but not accommodating it anyway. The driver is also seem to have a level of politeness, but again are extremely slow and I’ll accommodating I’m used to doing delivery and I’m used to waiting away time an average up to 2 to 3 hours however, with her more delivery I ordered at noon and ended up waiting until almost 7 that day before receiving my order, the prices of decent in the flower is also decent. But for the flower to just be decent, I will probably never order from this place again the overall wait times, and lack of efficiency, that the drivers operating completely absurd drivers, do not carry orders around with them on the go shoot to return to the warehouse after every order to pick up whatever order is in que, this means if you order around noon, they will get to your order after they have gone to the warehouse to pick up any other applicant that has also placed an order 1 AT A TIME creating ridiculous delays. bless

I can’t thank them enough for all the amazing experiences.. Diana, Tallin, Julia, and the rest of the folks provide a supportive environment and makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer.
