I love this store..My husband and I drive down from Falmouth for the best service in Big Rapids...A friendly, personable staff will greet you at the door...The manager Carl is the best...I don't know what the company pays him but in my opinion it's not enough.
Waste of time, disorganized systems and websites displayed false advertising. Customer service smiling like it is humorous that client was excited over what seemed to be a great deal. Second time this happened with no offer for to make it right again! Places like this won't last in a over saturated market, off to Cannrose I go, where they care about you and not just your money.
I stopped into this new cannabis dispensary in Saline.
The place was beautiful, the choices abundant and the staff was cheerful and helpful.
Their "Grand Opening" will be in a week, but they're open for business now.
There is no shortage of variety in buds, pre-rolled, vapes, edibles and tinctures.
There is also a large assortment of grinders, pipes, papers, and rolling accessories.
It is a five-star addition to Saline.
So worth waking up early. I was thinking I wasn’t gone get a swag bag but so grateful I got one they filled them up with some cool Goodie’s. Think they got me as a Customer for life. My mom told me about how kind the owner was on 4/20 and gosh darn she was right. The one bud tender need more training in my opinion what else you want I think he just wanted us in and out but don’t blame him the line was hella long disappointment I missed the food truck which will be there at 4pm but over all love all the items I got.
