Everyone from security to tenders are polite. Ordering online is super fast. The tenders are educational & helpful. Nice clean business. Although, the bathroom was locked, they do have one. Also, an ATM inside. Great selection of flower , edibles & pre-rolls. The lines outside go really fast.
The dispensary is good but the people working there can be rude. Was asking simple questions to cashiers # 69321 and the way he was responding was uncalled for. This is the only time I haven’t left a decent tip for the cashier. I’d recommend going to the McDowell location, it’s a lot better than this one.

Just wanted to bring attention to another great experience.
This is the second time I have been here. They are very good at helping me find the best product for my needs. The prices were good due to the discounts and stacking of products. They staff are very well educated in the products and how to fine tune them for each person's needs. Matt was our guide and he knew his stuff.
