They constantly post specials and then say it must have been yesterdays deal when you try and purchase it, even though it is today's special they have posted online. Either change your specials if you don't want that sale or honor your specials you post. Edit... Manager called me and fixed everything. 5 stars
I totally understand the curbside way of purchasing, but without checking the dispensary website first before you go, you would have no idea that it is curbside/cash only. I drove by, saw the sign, and decided to go in. As soon as I stepped out of my car to approach the front door I was aggressively told to step back and barrated for not checking the website by the security guard. I apologized and explained why I didn't know the situation. Security bro, I recommend a strong indica to help with that aggressive behavior/attitude. This is a dispensary and the patients all have a reason to be using cannabis as their medication, so empathy should be a requirement when working in this industry. Just saying.
The staff at Haven are great, a wonderful experience with all the bud tenders. The selection is outstanding most every day, and every day they have a special that seems to make it worth a visit if your planning to make a purchase locally. The prices are better or competitive with other local dispensaries. It’s located in a super convenient location for me and there’s some 150,000 cars a day that pass by their location In Brandywine (sometimes at a crawl so be wary and plan accordingly the time of your visit) so surely it’s convenient for many other patients as well. The physical location is very nice and has a medical office feel with upscale modern decoration and soothing colors. The transaction times are great and I rarely have more than just a few people in line in front of me no matter the day or time it seems. I’m including a photograph of an 1/8 of La Chocolate that I purchased at Haven. Check out the Strain of the Week and the daily specials but dig deep into the menu as well because there are a lot of gems in there like the Blissful Wizard from Curio testing at nearly 36% THC. Their points system is now really easy to use and I find it to be a valuable rewards system especially with no “check-in” required it’s all data driven at the time of purchase. That’s cool! And I appreciate it as a patient I realize I don’t always remember to find a kiosk and check in lol. So this saves me from myself there!
