I had been going to a different dispensary and I had a few minor concerns so I decided to drive a bit further to gLeaf and I am very happy I did. Their system is better organized with professional staff there to help. They also have a wider selection of products. I have read reviews about it being in an 'unsafe' area and this may be true; however, I do not feel unsafe when I go and they always have an officer present. And... gLeaf actually has ample parking spaces.
Every time I go here it's something different. Now, You walk in and they give you a pager send you back to your car.That is unacceptable.Most people have a disability or want to talk to a Bud tender and you don't provide those options. I get the ordering online as easier but some people don't have that technology or are that savvy. I'd never go back. I feel bad for the people that actually used this place. 0 stars
this place has great people and great deals. but no matter what time i call to ask simple questions im on hold for over 45 minutes! ive never been able to even speak with people on the phone here! my order gets completed before im able to figure out the answers!
Been going for years used to love this place. haven't really had a problem till today. They were slammed and I requested a pager for my spot in line because I'm autistic, and have ptsd. The wait aera was slammed and completely full. I couldn't be in there with out having a panic attack so I chose to wait in my car. My pager went off and I went back in only to be told I had to go wait again in the wait area with no seats empty and crowded. Even though they said they would accommodate due to the autism/ptsd. They did not. They were ableist and made it out To be my fault and in front of everyone tried to shame me for being mid panic attack and shaking and one of the workers had the audacity to say that they had autism and that it's not that bad. That I needed to calm down. When in reality i wasnt overreacting to a situation they caused. Not disabled friendly at all.
