So I have been going to this place for a while, I always place my order and pick up, usually in and out in under 15 mins. The staff is friendly, pretty knowledgeable, and enjoy what they do (which matters!). As far as the flower, I would love to see more variety and better flavors but honestly that is my only complaint. If you shop with the sales you can get some of the most potent products for very competitive prices imo… prices I can afford and the rewards add up fast which helps a lot too. Been going here for over a year now so I’d say it’s definitely worth a try if you’re new to the area and looking for a reliable dispensary.
I’ve only been here twice but do not plan on going anymore after the quality of product I have received both times. I have purchased 4 separate 3.5g containers and every one of them was very poorly trimmed and had a bunch of big seeds. The affect was not noticeable or even slightly strong compared to other dispensaries products. As well as the quality being very poor for the price you have to pay in comparison to other dispensers in the area. Safe to say the overall experience with this company has not been good.
I bought from here once. Most places have competitive pricing and discounts now but the quality varies. This place had the WORST flower I have ever gotten. So many stems and tasted like spinach. WORST FLOWER EVER. Yes it was a lower grade but in comparison to other distributors it was terrible. Only good thing here was with the sale they had .5 vapes for 20$ which is almost double for 5$ more. The vape was good also.

If you don't want to wait forever in the express lines like the other places make you, you gotta hit Fluent up. They won't dissappoint you like the others around town have in the past.

My review of FLUENT Dispensary is 5-Star! Everyone here has been so helpful and nice. Products are top-notch and they have excellent specials every week. I would like to give a shout out to Rob, (Manager), who came out to get his lunch and saw me pull up to the drive through. He came inside and took care of my order right away. This place is my new go-to!
Most of the people here are friendly and knowledgeable. They keep the store clean and organized. They always have sales going on and they will tell you if there is a better deal elsewhere which I really appreciate. I brought in an elderly friend of mine who is brand new to cannabis and she is looking for pain relief. I can't remember the name of the man we spoke to but he was patient and gave her lots of info and brochures to look over. She felt comfortable which is important. I like going here because it's close by and the people seem to be in a good mood.
Used to absolutely LOVE this place. Their edibles are the best out of any dispensary, but their flower ranks very low compared to others. The employees have become so rude at this location for whatever reason and don’t make you feel welcomed at all. Made me feel bad for coming in and making them work. Not to mention, I had a $45 credit from my rewards but apparently you pay full price for the items and don’t get them at the sale price if you use rewards… does not make sense whatsoever. I won’t be returning to this location as I have had nothing but problems recently. Such a shame given that this was the first Dispo I visited when I got my card, and I used to love it.
I have been a loyal customer of Fluent for nearly 3 years. I have never had a bad experience, and I find the staff quite friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Connor stands out as an exemplary employee, who always has a smile and a hello. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
It was my first time at it. Jaz treated me with so much kindness and patience. She showed me on my phone where I had to go online to see my Rx and my limits. So awesome to have the care I need without feeling bad about it. Their sales were unbelievable. But true. I got a pen for $12 and 3.5g for $16. And first time discount is offered on regular price items which I did not take advantage of, but will use later. Plus coupons for bogos. Highly recommend this place.

The workers are great! I don’t usually go to this store but I stopped in on my way to work and Hanna T was great. She gave me really awesome tips and tricks about my card and was super friendly! The rest of the staff was friendly as well when checking in!
Caught a great 30 percent storewide sale. Caleb was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me make some choices in edibles. Not much selection in concentrates but a convenient easy location to hit while in Gainesville
I was helped by Edwin at Fluent, he was so patient as I spent a long time picking out items. He helped me figure out good strains for what I wanted and my price point. He answered my questions and offered his opinion and his coworkers opinions of the different products. Overall the building is a vibe, very bright and clean. The other workers also seemed chill.
This is the worst place of business I've ever had the misfortune of working at. MacKenzie L & Kiernan B (who wear glasses) are beyond miserable here, and it definitely effects their customer service negatively. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Shopping wise, product quality wise, and the absolute worst of them all is customer service wise; this dispensary falls way under proper expectations and guidelines. Everyone seems to hate their job.

I hate giving one star but I walked into their building just before closing time just to be yelled at by the employee, and I quote, “we are closing in two minutes”, to which I responded “well then sir, you are still open”. I mean, am I wrong? Never visit this angry a**hole again.

If you have a problem with anyone at this dispensary, they sabotage your stuff. I bought a jar, made 2 joints that wouldn't even light. Took it back, he spent 10 mins in the back. I knew it was messed with.....it taste like pure garbage. If you complain about anything, they will all join together and give you garbage!
When I went in to the Fluent in Clearwater the other day, I was helped by Robby who had amazing product knowledge and was very polite and knowledgeable. He was even able to provide the product sheets off the website and the certificates of analysis to help me with what I needed. The store is always so nice and clean especially recently. The products recommended have been helping immensely. Thank you.
Lucas was really nice + patient & helped me when I stood there and bought up the whole store. Didn't get impatient with me or treat me bad. Helped, waited, counted to make sure everything was right, suggested products, & told me how much I could get left so I didn't have to worry. Superb flower at an outstanding value. The carts are just as good. Moods when you want something a little more fruity and Black carts for the natural taste. As for the bad reviews I can’t say I’ve ever had anything bad. Take the time to understand the product you’re buying by asking for a CoA every plant grows differently one batch can be totally different from the last.
Great place to get good deals. Many strains to choose from. Great promos offered daily. Alaina was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. She listened to my needs and made suggestions which was very helpful. Other staff was also polite and knowledgeable. It was a great first visit and I intend to return soon. My first visit originally I came in on a whim because it's close to my house. Many many visits later I have nothing but praise for this company. The service is always quick, professional, and very friendly, and all the staff project a great atmosphere. The discounts available of you pay attention give massive amounts of power to the consumer, making the Florida medical market that much more fair.

Truly great service here. Ruptured my patella tendon a while back and was looking for some pain relief. Cross at the desk was a great help, got me right what I needed with some carts that I’ve been using now! Much better!
Anthony and his team make shopping a PLEASURE! Other places in town are very sterile and unfriendly, but the Fluent staff is always welcoming with smiles. They never forget to remind me to enter my slip in the raffle, too (which is really kind for us older folks). The vapes are TOP NOTCH and the flower's nice, too. The containers are easy to open, which I appreciate. One place I needed a SCREWDRIVER to get the lid off. Not cool.

This dispensary is consistently excellent. The sales and prices are great. The products I've bought are superior. I'm always shopping sales and they constantly have them. The store staff at this particular store are always friendly and professional with everyone I've been waited on by. I personally have never had a long wait like other dispensaries I've been to who have a dozen chairs for the waiting. My online orders are always filled within minutes! This dispensary deserves a 5 Star rating and I'm stingy with my stars, lol. I too wish I had Fluent closer to where I live. This location is easy to get in and out of off San Jose. Large safe parking lot also. Great dispensary.
Absolutely in LOVE with this store's team. Everyone is very friendly and I've never had anyone make me feel stupid for asking even the most basic questions. Shout out to the gal with the cool glasses (Jem, I think?) for enduring my indecisiveness, even though I literally get the same thing every time! Came to pick up my order just to be told one of the products I ordered is out of stock. It would've been courteous and professional to at least call me and let me know something is out before telling me my order is ready. I was a first-time patient here, but I just ended up leaving with nothing.

One of the best dispensaries in Florida, definitely one of my favorites. Always well-stocked with quality products. Great staff, very friendly. Amazing customer service. Ebony , especially, was really cool. I had a good time just talking to her about my favorite strains. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can, very intelligent and knowledgable about the products. I have ordered online for a specific strain .I got the confirmation email that my order was processed and completed which indicated that have put that specific stain on hold for me (I have worked at a dispensary I know that how it works when you order online we Pack it and hold it with your name on the recipes ) when I walked in after I check in and was already in the back they said that they didn’t have it that it was sold out 10 but I put in the Oder 2 hours before hand I was in a hurry that why I didn’t just walk out right there so instead I picked two different strains
They seemed to be friendly at 1st even though they are not overly helpful like Trulieve. I was asking questions about thier deals, for my daughter because she doesn't understand. She has a disability that makes stuff like that hard to grasp.I was not asking about the different products, requesting anything, or suggesting anything. One of the women (Charmaine) there informed me that I need to get a care givers card if I want to help my daughter. She was very rude.The doctors office and the 1st dispensary we went to were so very kind, nothing like the lady today here at Fluent. Dispensaries ae a dime a dozen. My daughter will not be back.
Not so express pick up. The express pick up line has consistently gotten slower and slower to the point where it’s taking 20-25 minutes a customer. Now when you have 2-3 cars ahead of you that puts you in line for nearly an hour. It’s a shame when you watch 3 people park, walk inside, get their product, and then leave and only 1 car has made it through the express pick up. On top of that, watch your receipts and check your products. On more than one occasion I have received wrong product, wrong dosage of product, or been charged for items (ashtray and a lighter on separate occasions) that I did not order or receive.

On a nicer note, there are staff members there that are absolutely wonderful. But there are also a few that I would prefer come back another time when someone else is there. Unfortunately with the decline of proper service and some subpar staff, it seems time to go down the street for my product.

This has become my go-to dispensary in the area, even if the drive is a little bit further. I'm always able to find exactly what I need and the products seem to constantly rotate. Great promos every week and every member of the Fluent team has been wonderful. They're attentive to my needs and have helped guide me through my first year as a medical patient with such ease. I'm really grateful for having found this location (Mechanicsburg).

The whole team really is incredible, so it feels unfair to single anybody out. However, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Blake on a number of occasions and each one is even more rewarding than the last. He continues to expand his knowledge and offers this with such enthusiasm every visit. His joy is infectious and I have benefited greatly because of this.

Specifically, Blake helped me find a tincture with a high level of CBG and that has been absolutely life changing. My stomach problems have eased significantly and the positive impact to my anxiety has made the last month one of the best in recent memory. This is all a testament to the team at Fluent Mechanicsburg - if you're in the area and in need, it's 100% worth stopping in. I know I will again.

I've been using this as my primary dispensary for nearly 2 years. At first I was happy; good products and frequent sales. That's all changed. At the time I'm writing this Rise in York has 136 extracts to choose from. Fluent has 7. How you can even call yourself "Medical" is beyond me when you never have the same products(or any). You can get MUCH better deals traveling to York, and probably have a better experience.
Sometimes I'm in and out in a few minutes. Other times I wait 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed the previous night. I feel like there should be a separate counter for online sales.
Employees are hit or miss. Some of them are lovely and very helpful, others seem confused or too high to work efficiently. I had to help out one young lady with simple math, she claimed "$50's confuse me sometimes". I Guess that's more a statement to our schools though. Turnaround rate must be high since there's a new face every other week.
TLDR; terrible products, bad prices, confused employees. Go elsewhere and thank yourself.
I’ve been to nearly all the dispensaries in the surrounding area and fluent is definitely top tier in every aspect. They greet me by name with smiles they always let me know the best specials and they go over and beyond when it comes to generosity. I love this place I think I go everyday sometimes just to say highhh.
