Ordered 3 pre-rolls online using CURBSIDE PICKUP on their website and showed up to no directions on what to do posted anywhere and nobody checking for customers. White dude strolls out to the lobby casually, sees me, and strolls back to the shop but that's it.
I call and say "I ordered curbside but there's no directions out here on what to do so I'm..." and
he said, with clear disdain in his voice already "we don't do curbside"
I ordered on your website which said it did and
he said "also, you ordered this preroll but I don't know what flavor you want"
Me: I don't know, it didn't say anything about flavors. Is your website broken or something? (now with wrong info and not enough choices for your order apparently)
Him: No. We just need to know what flavor. Pineapple or...
Me: I don't have a preference, I wouldn't even have ordered it had I known it was flavored.
Him: So you want to cancel your order
Me, incredulous: No, I just don't like flavored...
Him: "It just sounds like you have an attitude and..."
Me, having been here a billion times before as a black woman (which he saw when walked out): "Be specific, in what way do I have an attitude?"
Him: "I'm just picking up an attitude and you can come visit us some other time." and hangs up on me
I went it to ask for the manager's info but he was already calling saying I was calling labeling me as all kinds of things of course I have no way of refuting unless I have to act like the bitch he's painted me as.

Yeah, for those of you new to microagressions and the labeling of black women.... this was all very, very clear racism (you can tell I'm black on the phone and when you see me in a car that you're ignoring). Just as it is every time I don't accept awful service or eat the BS I'm being fed with a smile and have the nerve to ask questions.

Also, this place is barely open and never provides decent service and is next to a busy ass store... it's a front for something.
