Here is what people have to say about Fine Fettle Dispensary:

I went on a Friday thought it was gonna be busy when I went there, but the line went fast. The staff is very knowledgeable of the product and from what I’ve seen very polite and go the extra mile to help you out. I am a medical patient that relies on this, their selection is remarkable the quality of the product phenomenon. I would recommend this place to family and friends in a heartbeat.
Good customer service. Got the select grind and although it gets the job done it has a funny taste to it
Their flower products are good...buuuuttt... their not fresh. The product is dry and crumbly, it quickly turns to powder. My flower dealer has fresher products that do last . On the good side about this store... they've got good friendly, knowledgeable people that know the product.
This store is amazing; everyone was so polite and kind from the minute I walked in! The website descriptions are unclear, but I worked with Nick who was incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
First time coming here today to get a mother's day gift for my wife. Staff was friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable when I had a few questions and able to make competent suggestions. The walk in procedure was easy and the wait was not too long. Been a long time coming.
I figured I’d change my review after talking a bit more with staff. I still wholeheartedly believe management needs to take better care of their customers and should better explain the product in more detail, there should be a way to talk with an agent while placing an order, and issues should not be laughed off as “it is what it is”. The people are good, the service needs to be improved on. Since you’re selling a service (since you are wholesaling, not developing a product), it should be treated as such. Customers (and their time) have been mismanaged by poor policy and lack of communication within the process of the transaction. As long as there is improvement, I will be back, and hope competition drives change within these companies when the marketplace eventually catches up with demand. I apologize for my own negative energy within my previous review (as well as in store) and hope it improves (drastically)
