Yeah it cool. Especially the payment options. But I did try to pay online and I could not. The 1 thing I have to say is delivery time is outrageous. It pushes back constantly and I only live 1 mile away. There’s really no reason I should be waiting 2-4 hours. I would just go to the location, but I got my kid and I wouldn’t be able to go inside. Nor would I want to do that. It is quality greens though. But the wait time does make me reconsider other venders. But I do like the convenience of the app. Lol idk. I’m in a toxic situation. Not necessarily meeting standards, but not bad enough to make me quit.
I’m a true Lowell fan. Was searching for it and found it on Emjay only brand that is consistent with their product. That’s what makes me a fan, thanks for carrying their brand. 🔥
We ordered two vape cartridges, (West Coast Cure), and these things will not fit into a regular vape cartridge battery, as they are about a quarter inch wider then every other vape cartridge available at any other cannabis dispensary in San Diego County. We called the driver within MINUTES of delivery, and they told us to call the office, which we did. Clueless reps, transferring from one USELESS employee to the next, which finally prompted us to go to live chat. This “manager” from the live chat offered ZERO assistance, even though the cartridges were UNUSED AND HAD JUST BEEN RECEIVED 30 MINUTES PRIOR. No offer of exchange, or money back, or any other “assistance”. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, because if you have any kind of issue, they are unable, unwilling, and have zero capability to override their robotic answer of “all sales are final”. Purchase from somewhere that cares about their customers, and cares about your money, keeping them in business, because this is NOT that place.
