I don't usually leave reviews. But this place deserves ☆☆☆☆☆. BY FAR, THE BEST dispensary there is in and around Pittsburgh. The greeters are so welcoming. The budtenders are fantastic. No matter who I see, after telling them my symptoms, they always recommend a strain that is exactly what I need at the time.

I was there today. I walked in & the waiting area had 10+ people in it. Never saw it this busy. Sometimes there are 1-3 people when I go. Other times, I get right in. The women at the front desk told me their computer system crashed. There were 10+ people in the waiting area. I told her I'd come back another time. She nicely persuaded me to give them a little time. Just as I was walking away one happily said, "It's rebooting".

As I sit down, I notice a woman zipping around trying to get things up and running. They start collecting our cards to scan in. And within 2 minutes they were taking customers back. I get called back and see the woman who was zipping around. I asked her if she was the manager. I've been wanting to compliment the dispensary for some time. She tells me she's the owner. I tell her what I think of her business. Her reply, "Thank you. It means so much. I could just hug you." She was wonderful. We chatted a bit about the place. To my suprise, I find out they're the last independently owned dispensary around. I didn't know that before. The place is incredible. I highly recommend it.

P.S. My budtender today was Jeffrey. I've seen him several times before. He is super knowledgeable & has subperb customer service skills. And what he recommended today was PERFECT.
Just wanted to throw that in there.
Anytime I go in to delta 9 the experience is always awesome and everyone is so friendly. All of their workers are amazing and have always guided since I first became a patient! They also always have awesome deals especially the fact that their price pints are so reasonable! Thanks for always helping out 😄
They're just okay. Half of the employees there are super helpful and kind, and the rest act like they're doing you a big favor or you're just wasting their time. They were the first in the area, so maybe some people working there are on a power trip?!? There are plenty of other dispos in the area now, so you'd think that they'd try to do better with all the competition. Also, they don't have a points program like most of the other places in the area do.
