Thank you!! Both Mikey and Dalton are awesome. The product knowledge from the staff is incredible and most importantly helpful for my husband and I to get the correct products that match our needs. My husband is a disabled veteran. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and without any judgment. They really know how to take care of our veterans and their families. Highly recommend the quality of products here too. Definitely the best in Kingsport for sure! 💯 👍
When ever I entered the store, the establishment was absolutely amazing. The place was well organized and polished, it felt as if I entered heavens gates for the first time . Also, Mikey, was extremely helpful with explaining which products were worth it and which ones can kick rocks. Overall, if you are looking for amazing quality products, this place is the place to go. :)
Recently moved up here and was nervous about trying out new products the gentlemen that work here are some of the sweetest people you'll get to know. Very knowledgeable, professional, and they make it so comfortable to ask any questions you have at all. Products are top shelf quality and they are very careful with their handling of any products they have.
Update 03/31/2023: Would like to update my review not because I have to, but I want to. My wife and I came in today and actually met the owner (Dalton) who just like Mikey and Noah, welcoming as always and very helpful. We have been here probably 10 times at least and we've never had a bad experience. There's always laughs and conversations to be had and prices are great! We would 100% recommend this place. Check it out, you will NOT regret it!
