This store has become my go-to for my bulk purchases because I trust their cure/trim/lab work. The staff are always on point, well-versed, and staffed well enough to not feel like a number. Erin made it look easy with fantastic insight at point of sale, and (come to find out) was spot on about the product like the professional she is. It was a low-key refreshing experience, and post-purchase you got trust earned from a still very satisfied customer since Columbia Care days. Place only keeps better.
Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. A great deal brought me in as a new customer. Friendly people, good location, great service from Emilio at check in, turned over check in to a friendly female budtender who I didn't catch her name, and finished my experience with Jason. I was really nervous about trying out a new dispensary, but Shay made it a really great experience! The amount of information I received was extremely helpful, and I was able to get the products I needed. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back because of the great service! I’m also thankful to Erin for assisting to help get me on my way faster. 10/10 experience!
One of the nicer dispensaries I've been to! Staff was friendly and efficient and the interior was inviting. I placed an online order and when I got there the only available budtender was explaining all their products to a new customer. Instead of making me wait, another staff member noticed this and logged onto a different computer just to ring me up. They also notified me of current sales while I was checking out. Excellent service, in and out in under 10 minutes with the product I wanted. Will visit again!
He is definitely one of the best people I’ve encountered. I’m big on customer service and he took his time to see what I liked and took charge and ended up giving me what I was looking for without even telling him! 10/10

I have never heard of this place before so I was a little uneasy going in there. I walked in and everyone greeted me! I was told all the answers to my questions before I even asked them. Everyone there is so nice and helpful! They go out of their way to help and that’s means so much. I asked for a 1g cart and they told me they have some on sale as well as others. And Christine who was helping me the whole time, was very helpful and kind! She gave me my first timers discount and I didn’t even know I had one hahha i left so pleased and satisfied. This is the best dispensary I’ve ever been to! Everyone is extremely helpful, kind, and always trying to save you some money which is a bonus. The atmosphere is pretty and clean, and nicely decorated as a plus. I just love my pick-up days here 🙂

I couldn’t be happier to have chosen Cannabist for my first visit at a dispensary after retaining my mm card.The shop itself is beautifully designed, clean, and has a welcoming environment. I went in not knowing anything about the products but they were so kind and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, listened to me and genuinely made it lovely experience. I will absolutely go back!
As a woman walking in by herself, I always feel very safe at this dispensary. There is always a security guard on staff who always make sure that I get out to my car safely. thank you, Bob, who is today’s security guard!!

2/22/23 - I made my second trip to Cannabist today and was assisted by Cynthia. What a wonderful experience. This is only my second time purchasing medical marijuana. Cynthia was great in answering my questions and in guiding me to the right cannabis product. The whole experience with the entire staff was exemplary.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and wasn’t really sure what to expect. I met Krystin and she took me through the store and explained all the different products with their different effects. She was a great saleswoman who knew the products, if she were any more bubbly I’d have to call her “Champagne “. Definitely will go back.

I recently visited this location and had an excellent experience! Zachary was extremely knowledgeable about the products they had available, always taking the time to explain the effects of each item. The store was also easy to find with plenty of parking available, and the interior has always been clean and well staffed. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great shopping experience!
Chad was so awesome. The over all customer service here is amazing. Chad took the time to talk to me about the items I was purchasing. He gave me tips and pointers. The gentleman working next to him was also extremely friendly. They gave me a awesome discount being a first time customer and I got a lock box for next to nothing. Thank you. April was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and knew the differences between what I said I wanted and what I said I didn’t want. She recommended some great flavors based on my own taste. Ive had my card for at least 3 years and have never wrote a review for a dispensary visit until now. The staff member I spoke with Erica was BEYOND knowledgeable, and very welcoming and friendly. Did I mention I didn't wait at all? Great price! (I spent 180$ and saved 210$) 10/10 would recommend! will probably go back just because of how welcoming and chill the vibe was.
I was like a deer in headlights going in for the first time, but the staff made me feel completely at ease the minute I walked in. Everyone is so friendly and incredibly helpful. The woman that took care of me her name was Sara was very pleasant. I had a question about packaging and she explained to me. All in all it was just a great experience. I don't know why these other states are so freaked out about legalized cannabis here in Massachusetts. It's just turned into any other store. It's not a big deal and there's been no real fallout from it and more money is coming to the state.
They are actually doing their job and really give you what you are prescribed an what is for your needs♥️💯 I am more than satisfied and I have NEVER heard anyone complain for real hands down💨🌸💁‍♀️🆗
Everything is great from the security check till the time you leave. Security gaurd, front desk and people who work in the back are super nice and polite. Treat you as if they have know you for years. Also a great selection at decent prices compared to other dispensaries in the area. My go to for all my needs
Dude running the place, the day I was there was rude. They have stands to look at product but he said they don’t have time to look at everything with you. Won’t be back. The only nice guy in the building is the guard at the door.
I've had my card for almost a year now and have been to every dispensary in the area plenty of times and I find myself coming to Cannabist St Albans more than any other. Frequent deals, great atmosphere, with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Even the security guard at the door is very friendly everytime I see him, it really feels like family. Another huge plus is they carry my favorite brand of products in the program so far. Amber solventless concentrates!!! they are absolutely 🔥 and are the best dabs in the state (sofar🤞) imho
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Unfortunately I am forced to give it a 1star. I was very much so looking forward to checking this place out but was met at the door by a large man refusing me to enter since I had my child with me. Although it stated on their door no child can enter unless they are a patient OR accompanied by their PARENT/caregiver. The OR part is just a LIE!! They wouldn’t let me enter to get my medicine today since my child had to come with me. I told them all other places in Huntington and Barboursville welcomes me even if I am forced to bring my child with me to pick up my medication. I left there crying and they just shut the door on me. Went to another dispensary in Huntington and luckily they were kind enough to understand and I was able to get the medication I need. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE especially for consideration of your individual needs.
Second week at the cannabist store and I’m even more obsessed! A awesome employee Joseph not only explained the difference in each bud and what certain terpenes best suits my mood. Smoking for years and learned something new! Plus they have some amazing shatter 🤤
What an outstanding establishment!!!! Every single employee I have dealt with has went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. The lady at the front printed me off a copy of my card and laminated it. I recommend Cannabist Williamstown to anyone wanting superb customer service and awesome inventory.

The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Tight security made me feel safe and the guards were just as nice as the rest of the staff. I was given an educational and thorough one on one consult during my shopping/purchasing experience.

The building was nice and tidy with a stylish interior that helped create a calm and comfortable environment. On top of that, the private road leading to their building was completely free of snow today right after an ice storm!

I had an amazing experience. If I could give this place 415 more stars, I would.
