Beware of the fee schedule! They announce that there is an original fee of $ 140, a 2nd fee of $ 90 for the first prescription. In the schedule fee it says that every 3 months there is an evaluation. The Doctor schedule the evaluation for after 2 months after prescribing almost nothing.
There was no information of the kinds of treatment, their differences and benefits of each one.
The office is badly organized, I had to wait over an hour for each appointment. For my second appointment I called, and the staff said they would call back with a time, which they didn't.
I had also requested an appointment with the doctor for my back problems, and the staff took my insurance card to review my benefits, and they promised they would call. They didn't.
Amazing service, from the moment I entered the lobby until I left the building. The staff was attentive and easily approachable. Rosemary was very helpful when it came to filling out each of the forms and gave some great tips on how to properly send the paperwork so any delays could be avoided. The doctor was very professional, someone who truly cares about his patients. Everything was explained and well planned out. I highly recommend this place.
Actually your staff told me that I do qualify due to depression, panic disorder, and ptsd. And asked me to get a refund via my credit card company and then pay again to reschedule an appt when the dr comes back from vacation. Especially due to the error of paying 90 vs 149 for the initial visit.
Furthermore I made the appt online and the doctor wasn’t even there. Also I can provide pictures and further documentation of the CONFIRMED appt and payment.
I respect your business.However only one of the front desk employees was phenomenal and honest with me.
I was scorned for even making it online with another employee stating that you guys don’t like it when people make online appts.
Also, I apologize that my chronic pain has had doctors suggest that I go to pain management to get a constant supply of oxycodone. I thought the more natural route was better.
Also, there are several doctors there but only one that has the credentials for medical marijuana? And he’s on vacation? You guys have (from what I heard from other clients) orthopedic doctors. Not a cannabis referral and government approved center.

Consequently another physician that was actually there for my appointment said that I do qualify for the chronic pain due to my credentials brought to their office.

And I would rather you guys refund the payment due to it being your mistake. Not mine about the appt.I would post a picture of my confirmation email and invoice paid however I can’t do it on here. But your office has it already via email.
So I don’t know what’s happening with your bank but I would make sure that you guys are receiving all of the online payments that people make for your services that are advertised. Otherwise people are paying other service providers, or there is something going on.
I made an appointment for this week. Their web site mentions no closure due to COVID and accepted my appt AND charged me for it. I call them the morning of and their voicemail makes no mention of their office being closed. I show up to my appt and sure enough, office is closed with a sign that says "closed until April 6th" what a mess this place is.

Now I need to see how I can get a refund
