My husband and I love coming here!! We live in another state and we stop by when ever we come visit. We stopped through on our honeymoon, we took a road trip to FL, and the staff was amazing as always. They are so friendly. And the owner is very personable, he hooked us up with some swag and a sweet discount a day early for 420. Highly recommend this place!!
Great place and not too busy. I like to preorder but they also have great deals when you arrive. So order what you want but keep some extra cash for the specials. The ladies were awesome and very friendly which is one of my main reasons for giving a extra 2 stars for courtesy. I would of have 5 stars if the inventory had more variety but the prices are better then most in Holyoke!
Went and bought a one gram cart. They didn’t show it to me before putting it in the bag like usual, and when I get home the tube was empty. I called and they just gave me an email and have been ignoring me for a week now. Very bad experience, wouldn’t go unless you want to have your money stolen and then have the owner Frank Daily ignore you. Haven’t reached out back to me at all, like they do not care at all I did not get the product I paid for.(edit): I have called the store more than five times and haven’t had anyone get in contact with me for three weeks now. Very unprofessional. I’ll be in soon to speak with somebody.
Just picked up two .5g “in house” Durban Thai X Cindy 99 solvent free carts. Both came from the same exact batch number, yet one cart was missing almost a quarter of distillate. I bought them, got outside, then inspected them to see if they were alright, as I do with every cart I buy, everywhere. I then went back there and went inside and told them about it and showed them. One girl said it could be different viscosities, despite them being from the same batch number AND having the same visual clarity. Then the other girl said they weigh them before they put them in the cart, which could still mean it had purged a bit whether from a leak or oxidization however. I was ultimately told I had to wait until the owner of the store was available, which was the next day, in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. How convenient right?
