Here is what people have to say about Bloom Medicinals:

First time there and Nina went out of her way exemplifying amazing customer service. She is now my go to favorite worker. Second is Charm. She was fast, knew exactly how to help me within a few seconds and she’s super friendly. All of the staff is!
I always have a wonderful experience. Ryan was the @$*! He said I can have a 10% discount if I said that. Just kidding. But seriously. I have been to every dispensary in the area and this is the best. The door says all sales are final but last time I was here they messed up my luster pods for carts and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I returned to the the dispensary with my receipt and they happily exchanged them for the correct luster pods
I had a great experience purchasing from Bloom after receiving my med card! My budtender was Taylor and she was beyond helpful. She listened carefully to what I was looking for, even though I was overwhelmed and not sure the exact terminology to use or exactly what I wanted. Taylor was patient and helped put me at ease with her humor and knowledge of the products available. She helped me find the best deals on products that fit exactly what I was looking for. I was honestly blown away by her customer service! Thank you, Taylor!
First off let me just say that Forrest is AMAZING! I stopped into take advantage of their great deals and I got Forrest. He not only made suggestions to help me but him and his peer went above and beyond to get me a better product for my issues. And Not only did they make suggestions they informed me with some terrine info to better suit me! It means a lot when people take the time to truly help you and not just next, next, next! I hope your bosses see this know what a Gem you are !!! Thank You !!!
