Has to be the worst dispensary in Valejo when it comes to quality and service. Preroll rolled so poorly it fell apart after first puff! Only 10 bucks, but strictly the point. Should be able to smoke it. Immediately drove back to explain and show manager the situation. Nick assured me there was no way the preroll could have been faulty as he personally rolled them 400 at a time and knows every one of them was perfectly rolled. Over an honest mistake( loosely rolled), I was told no exchanges no refunds and asked to leave. It would of cost the dispensary less than 50 cents to make things right. Instead they lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor, patronize one of the many dispensaries in Valejo that honor their products and customers. Definitely not the Vibe here.
Love this place
The only good thing to say here is that their actual product is high quality.
But the sales associate messed up my order and they will only exchange the incorrect product for the correct one and give me a 25% discount on a future purchase. I explained that it's 38 miles round trip for me to drive to them and back. With gas being so expensive, a 25% discount would easily be canceled out by what I have to pay for gas.
They basically just told me to deal with it.

When this business messes up, they aren't interested in taking care of their repeat customers. Giving me only 25% off on a future purchase is a business rewarding itself for its own mistakes by tying me into a future purchase. I don't recommend going to this business, they won't take care of you.
