Was last there on 4/20 - staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a bit run down - but that was rifht before AYR - so they may rehab it with the brand change. It was very busy and their system was down- on 420. They did their best. I didn't notice any chairs for patients to sit in while waiting. Overall a decent experience- I will go back - the lemon cello vape is amazing.
Folks, treat yourself, don't cheat yourself. This dispensary is my go-to, by far. My service pup and I visit at least once a week. The staff, the selections of not just flower, but other products as well, are second to none. There is no shortage of sales; I would advise that if you see products on their website that may interest you, to set up an online order, because the inventory does move quick!!

Went in and ordered my product. Upon checking out I was told that I didn't have enough to order. She said she was going to spread it out over my other routes but I didn't have anything to be able to do it. I was really confused and asked, are you sure? She said yes that I needed to call my doctor. Every time I tried to offer advice I was just told to call my doctor. I was out of medication at that point. I called and left messages asap about what I was told. Finally after 2 days of no medication I was called by a representative of the Dr. and was told nothing was changed, it's been the same. She said the dispensary made a mistake. I went to another dispensary with staff that actually helps and is actually knowledgeable about what to do. So thank you to the associate who showed me where not to spend my money.

Liberty has wonderful sales. Stacked up on some cards since they're three for 99, Major mistake. Opened one today that I bought about 3 weeks ago and it's defective. Took it over to the store in Port Charlotte and was told that it was past the stage of returning defective items. I'm sorry not a great turning exchanging but they can give me 80% off a new one. The defective one I already paid for and I have to pay 20% to get one to replace that one. What a joke!!!!
Incredible Vape selection, like crazy. Has great sales. Amazing staff, beautiful Huge store. Lots of options to suit your budget and needs. FINALLY just released shatter so that a huge plus. The new Honey carts(the bullet looking ones) are probably the best priced cart for what you get especially the 1 gram and they hit great and are if great quality! Been shopping here for awhile. Today was the last day. I purchased one of their 510 stick batteries and brought it back because it wouldn’t work. They tried everything to argue with me over a 10 dollar battery. After I have spent thousands here just this year. So I threw my batter and box in their trash can and walked out.

Never crowded or a wait, great prices, convenient hours. The Liberty products have really gotten better. I came on here to do a review about the live resin carts they have. The are one of the only vape carts that do no make me cough like a madman. And they are potent and work. Its good to see the people in the store talk about the terpines as that is where you really get the effect. Not a fan of most vapes but I'll be going back for more of these. After going to GREEN DRAGON on Gaines Street, and buying $200 worth of marijuana only to find this was so dry, it broke into dust and when I tried to smoke it, it was like smoking draino, it was so harsh, I swore never to go to GREEN DRAGON again. I went to Liberty and had a better experience with what I bought from them. Much better quality, definitely not harsh and a good high without the headache I got from the Dragon. Keep it honest Liberty and I will keep coming to your stores. I often make a day of it with my friends, there are usually 5 of us and we go shopping and then have lunch. We will definitely be going to Liberty. My first time discount, I got an OZ for $80 for 19% THC. EXCELLENT quality high too, no head ache. The THC seemed higher then 19% because I didn't need to smoke very much to find the relief I needed for my pain.

Great prices but a bit disorganized. When you walk in, there are 2 mystery lines. Those that have checked in already and those who just walked in. So when you walk in, it's all 1 big line. Never had a issue until today! I came in placed my order, guy went and got it. All is good! Not once would I think I would be short on a 8th from a dispensary. Left there didnt even open it like I usually do, because I was in a hurry to get to the grocery store. Have a lot of plans for the kids tomorrow! Unfortunately this was what I spent my hard earned money on as a single mother of 2! I sure hope they do something about it. I'm not sure if they are open on Easter Sunday but this wasn't a part of my holiday plan. I called, left a message because no one would get on the phone. So do I not smoke the indica tonight because I have to bring it in and show it? That seems unfair. I have to have my medication to rest, relax, and get good sleep. I will go back on a make another review that is good as long as they hold up their part and supply me with something for my troubles. Some kind of credit to my account! As far as not smoking it. That's just not going to happen when tomorrow is a holiday! Do better Liberty because you have been my favorite. Make this right! I'm a loyal and good customer but I don't want to be treated like this. Be fare!
The staff is the best!! I’m sorry they have to work for such an awful company like Liberty Health Sciences. This is the ONLY dispensary that has had my business. They have the best deals, best product and they are always fast. The issue is with the company policies on points. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and have only had my medical card for 8 months. In that 8 months I have been into liberty and bought products where $1 is equal to a point. I had $90 worth of rewards and have been very excited to do so. The guy at the counter tells me next time I come in I can redeem my rewards because the points take 24 hours to reach the account. I come Back the NEXT WEEK and somehow my points have “Expired” over $400 gone. For what. I haven’t even had this membership for a year and they take points from loyal customers? No thank you!! I will Be spending my money elsewhere where my points and money aren’t just THROWN AWAY!! Not to mention I called their company help desk and was HUNG UP ON.
This dispensary is absolutely outstanding. They have the best pricing in the entire city. It's a running joke that they have the endless sale that never ends. If you're into very tasty sugars and batters I highly recommend their concentrates. The rainbow sherbet is absolutely to die for if you can find.
The selection of products will wow you. They have the typical assortment of routes. Ne careful with the pricing. You get what you pay for.... referring to product price and quality. They have awesome prices but it depends on the brand of product. I quickly learned that some of the products that I purchased were older (Harvest date required on most, if not all products) and it was obviously apparent that it was aged.

Very disappointed with Liberty product. I have been a customer for awhile now and called the store because the 1 gm cartridges I buy are getting clogged up half way through, so I'm basically buying a gram and only getting a half gram. The store basically just said, "yeah, that happens, there isnt much you can do about it". REALLY?! So Im throwing money in the garbage every month? I won't be buying them anymore, but I'm really disappointed that nothing was ever said to me about this problem. The person who answered the phone didn't seem very interested in helping me either. VERY DISSATISFIED Liberty!!
they offer points for the money you spend. spend 600, you get 50 dollars in points. my question why can't i use my points to buy something on sale. i went there last week and was told i could buy anything on sale or not. today i went there prepared to get something free. it did not happen. what i wanted, i had to pay and not use the points. because it was an sale. confused.

Thought I would give them another chance. Checked the website for their hours of business, made the twenty mile round trip, paid for parking, swam through the river of tourists, at 2:30 on a Saturday, only to find a note on the door saying they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

There is nothing that I would change about this store. I drive 20 miles and pass numerous other dispensaries to come to this store. They always have the best deals. I think that Joe and Kat need a raise, or a paid day off, or some form of reward, for how well they treat their customers. Joe has served me for a very long time. I love this place! They have good deals very often and their bud is already pretty cheap compared to other dispos. The location is awesome it's really the only place in the area.. The bud is very high quality. Little bit pricey when they don't have a sale going, but it's on sale more often than it's not, and they've always got something affordable for us cheapskates. The service quality is very high. The location is quiet and inviting.
I’m not one for complaining or only leaving reviews when I’m upset because the world needs more positivity, however, I am a male-to-female transgender and I came in today, for a pickup order today because it’s 420 and I wanted to take advantage of the awesome sale but the gentleman who rang me out was rude and even gave me a dirty look, handed me my bag and quickly started talking to someone else and didn’t bother to thank me or wish me a good day, not even eye contact; he said “Here you go” and shifted his attention to some side chatter going on with other clients and coworkers. I find it troubling that you have a PRIDE flag 🏳️‍🌈 hanging in the store and your associates treat people that way, especially my kind of people. I gave you 3 stars because it’s 420 and there’s an awesome sale, another because your products are very good and the last is for the woman who checked on me while I was waiting for the gentleman to get back.

My experience was bad it was my second time going to this dispensary and it was pretty disappointing how they told me that I was gonna get a 50% discount and they end up telling me that they couldn't apply it to my order since the website already had deals going on .. but the fist time I went the guy told me that I could get my first 3 times my 50% discount no matter what .. soo I don’t get why they had to charge me the regular price without my discount. This is a fake promo then .

The drive through is rarely answered. As a regular customer of four years there are several employees in this store who are making the experience in this store less than satisfactory. I'd like to say Brain, Lindsay, and Tabitha are amazing and do not give me a hard time. The other employees are rude to me and do not provide customer service, even make me feel mocked just for arriving. These employees are Casey, Ms. Dee, and Rebecca. They are so rude and upon my arrival they make it a point to let you know you are an inconvenience to them. I'd like to shop here knowing I'm welcome and not be mocked or laughed at while trying to make a purchase. Please let these employees know that they need to be kind to everyone who is a customer at this store. Thank you.

It was my first time there, I didn't end up getting anything, because there's a glitch in the system, which prevents the employees to make a profile for the customer. I just decided I would come back and do the profile at home. I didn't get much further to give an accurate experience. Prices looked low, good variety, very friendly staff.
Shopping here is a gamble. The last few times the cartridges weren't filled all the way (abnormally low.) Today was no different. Not calling the manager again, it's embarrassing.
I recently went to Liberty Health Sciences because of the convenience of their location for me. My initial purchase went well so when I needed more product, I returned to LHS.
That Saturday night at home I discovered that I couldn’t unscrew the tincture lid… it was very frustrating. Monday, I returned to the store and the sales woman struggled and struggled to remove the lid but to no avail. She next asked a fellow worker who struggled to the point of finally removing the lid while spilling some of the product. She reluctantly gave me a replacement bottle but said that I couldn’t try to open the replacement in the store. I went to my car and tried but couldn’t get another faulty lid to work. Reentering the store, I was told she could NOT accept this 2nd faulty bottle as a return but could give me a discount on some other product. I won’t be returning to Liberty Health Sciences. Lousy customer service.
I’ve been to this location frequently since it’s opened. I’ve not found a better staffed dispensary than this location. Every person who I have spoken with or that has helped me has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I will continue to tell people to give Liberty a try.
I paid a visit to my local Liberty sciences store and surprisingly, was greeted with opened arms. All of the employees were helpful and set me up with Matthew. Not having a lot of knowledge in medical marijuana or CBD, Matthew quickly made sure I knew what I was buying and made multiple recommendations for me. Me. Liberty is by far the best dispensary in Saint Augustine. The people, prices, and service are unmatched. Now they "had" an excellent point system as you purchased the product. About a week ago every single reward point was removed from every single customer's account. If you have any points from LHS you no longer have them. When will they be replaced? Their answer is never. We are all SOL. Extremely disappointing as I save my points regularly and it saves me a lot of $$. As someone who is very paycheck to paycheck this reward system helped me get the medicine I need without draining my bank account. They are changing systems AGAIN in June so if you (are able to) get any points between now and then those will most certainly also get deleted. I had hundreds of points which I'll never get back. Unfortunately for me, I am a very loyal customer and never shop elsewhere so this hurts my wallet very much.

When I go into a dispensery im always weary that the experience wont be "up to par." But when i came into this Liberty the other day, the experience was exceptional! Everything was very easy for me to read on the menu, they had everything in stock, and With Megan and the staff helping me make the correct decisions on RSO oil and concentrates for my specific needs, i have to say im very happy that i decided to give liberty health science a try.

My first experience at this location was great! The staff are very kind and welcoming as soon as I entered and were very helpful when I had any questions. I definitely found my new favorite dispensary, also their in house brand Lost In Translation is some of the best flower I have ever seen in this program. The place is great, it is clean and it always smells wonderful. The staff is friendly and very informative about their products. I do wish the prices were a bit more reasonable, but I always tend to buy when there's a sale so I can get way more for my money.
Their ATM was down and I thought it was my card so I called my wife to verify the amount of money in our account and the "security guard" decided to be overly aggressive. He said you can't be on the phone so I proceeded to walk out to wait for my wife's response but he proceeded to following me saying aggressively "you can't be on the phone" in which I was already leaving. He then proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed back, which is fine because I have other places closer and never had an issue. I only used them because I was near by shopping. The security definitely wanted to push around his "authority" over something small as I was trying to leave. Turns out it wasn't even my card, it was their ATM. Also I'm a veteran and it's memorial day. Thank you Ayr for your poor treatment of a vet.
Its an easy process, the chick at the front counter is super nice and polite! The waiting room is beautiful! The plants are well kept and the fire place just makes it feel homey! Comfy seats... This place is the bomb dot com! I've been to several other dispensaries in my travels, but none have come close to this one. Professional service and very orderly. The staff working are always friendly and willing to spark a conversation when I'm feeling friendly, or keep it professionally pushing when I'm not. Wait times are reasonable and the system of waiting on customers makes sense. The online website makes it very easy to pre order whatever I need and lays out all of the daily deals in a way that are easy to find. Definitely recommend.
