Here is what people have to say about Ascend Cannabis:

I love this place and come here for all my 420 needs! The staff is awesome. However, I've had 3 Ozone carts crack/break pretty easily over the past month which isn't very cool...I've never had that happen with any other brand before.
THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM! Christian is like, a human cannabis encyclopedia; ask him anything and he can beyond help. Prices are incredibly competitive and very affordable. They have a lot of really cool specialty items like kief dipped pre-rolls and my new favorite toy; a highlighter vape pen. To whom it may concern: please get the highlighter vape pen in pink!! 🤞🙏❤
Great staff! Great prices! Ask for Keith. He did a great job helping me with my selection.
Had an amazing experience, will definitely come back. Great prices and great products, highly recommend!
Tommy was great! The ipad they use is so incredibly helpful - the budtenders don't have to remember our orders, and we can filter by what we like. Tommy was helpful but not in your face, let me do my thing but offered help in figuring out what I want. I'll definitely be back to this location!
Great prices, staff always helpful. The Ozone brand went way down hill.. Simply herb is cheaper yet consistent with quality and appearance. Overall so far
so good
Everything was INCREDIBLE!! Excellent products, excellent prices...and the staff could not have been more helpful. Dylan, in particular (who assisted me) was without flaw. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. I cannot imagine anyone not giving them a 5 Star review. PERFECT Experience! Thx, guys!!!
Prices are great and selection is good. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Veterans' discount, rewards program.

But - Christ is the wait long. Talk about a huge roadblock for this business. I don't care what the reasons are for the excessive waits, but fix it! It is infuriating to drive so far just to wait an hour to shop. Limit the time of customers shopping, do SOMETHING.
This place always has a wide variety of products and very short wait times. The staff is very friendly, and you can add/adjust your order while being severed. Some dispensaries will not let you change/fix your pre-orders. I would recommend this place, especially if you are a first-time patient.

Also, they have a lower tax rate (6.75%), and round down on the price to reduce the amount of change they have to give out. $17.42 is probably $17 out the door!
I had some confusion with navigating their website and left a review when I was angry. That's a no no. I have since visited there and deleted that review, and will say that the way they handled me when I showed up completely made up for the initial confusion. The person in charge recognized me immediately and took very good care of me. He explained the processes that are in place and out of his control that caused me to get upset. Once I understood what was going on it made sense to me and I feel much better about making this my regular dispensary.
One of the best in our area! Folks are so personable and knowledgeable. Great sales!
Don't waste your time trying to work for these guys , interviewer showed up 30 mins late to my first interview, canceled my second interview after I already sat at the location for 30 mins , my THIRD INTERVIEW showed up 15 mins late . Told me they'd follow up REGARDLESS. no call , won't return a text or message. Terrible... terrible. Unprofessional
I have issues trying out new spaces because of my anxiety, everyone here is always so friendly. They have the best prices and different deals DAILY. Every single staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a great time talking with Vanessa and Nicole today. They were so sweet!
Love this dispensary. You cant beat the prices. The staff is phenomenal. I have dealt with Courtney most times im there. She has the friendliest smile 😁, to match her personality. Also excellent fast service. Great work Ascend Staff.
